This property was beautiful and was exactly as described in the listing. The nightly views from the pool were mesmerizing. The location was so close to shopping and dining, and a short drive to the Ocean Center. The pool and hot tub did not disappoint, it was luxurious and very spacious for our family. Sandi was easy to contact and her response time was exceptional! We will surely rent this place again if we are ever in Daytona! It was a wonderful place for relaxing, meditation, and family togetherness.

Coastal Living while Rolex Racing

Amazing location at a great house on the water!!! The host was amazing with all the communication and support during our trip. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice get away on the water with friends or family.

Great Riverfront vacation

Came in town with our dogs for a pickleball tournament at Pictona. Just a short drive away. Great house, everything you could want. Definitely a relaxing time!! Would come back again! Thanks to Sandi our great host!!

Baseball Tournament Weekend

This house was perfect for the 2 teenage boys. They fished on the kayaks and enjoyed the water. House was the perfect size for 2 families. Clean and well equipped.

Our race team (party of 8) stayed at the property for Sunshine Nationals at Volusia Speedway. Late check-in was effortless, and we could extend our checkout time. Lovely property! I will stay again. Sandi was the perfect host!

Beautiful coastal home

Very close to the beach and located on the riverfront. We had a great time, and the house was perfect. Sandi is an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!

Well appointed riverfront home

Lovely, comfortable riverfront home. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all needed cookware, utensils, and dishes, as well as cleaning supplies, paper products, etc. We greatly enjoyed the intercoastal waterway, backyard, and dock. As well as the bikes, kayaks, and fishing poles supplied. Great view from the sunroom as well as the upper deck outside the main bedroom. We had a really great time and enjoyed the house very much, it was very comfortable and plenty of space for the whole family. Sandi was a great host. Only item to note is there is a motion sensor in the back yard facing the dock, it was extremely bright and faced directly to the dock and was blinding. Since we visited the home in july the best time to spend extended time outside was once the sun went down,and the motion sensor made sitting in the backyard and on the dock less than ideal with the light shining directly, it was very bright. I reached out to Sandi concerning the light, and if we could turn it off, but she did not follow up concerning the ability to shut off. Sandi did tell me once we checked out that she had just had the light replaced so hopefully experiencing firsthand and she will understand my issue with this light. I can tell Sandi is an owner-operator, and takes great pride in this home and it shows. Thanks for the comfortable home!!!

Perfect week-long trip!

We had an incredible time at this river-front property! Sandi is an awesome host and I can’t recommend this house enough! The scenery was great and the home so comfortable and cozy! It was also close enough to everything fun! The gift basket was such a sweet gesture and we will definitely be coming back soon!

All my favorite things!

Sandi is the consummate host! She is very responsive and answers questions quickly and thoroughly! Her home is clean and comfortable with a spacious master and kitchen! We love to cook so we ate in every meal but one! Her home is well located near golf course, restaurants and just a short hop to the beach! The river views we nothing short of stunning. We enjoyed some stormy weather and breathtaking sunrises and evening skies! I would definitely recommend this home but please make sure it’s available for our next visit! I loved everything about our stay!

Everything was perfect!

We loved this beautiful property! The host left a beautiful gift basket with all kinds of goodies and the house had absolutely everything you could need. A wonderful time was had by all! Our favorite time was sitting by the river and chatting early in the morning and again in the evening! Highly recommended!
