The home was well maintained and appointed. Beds were comfortable, hot tub clean and in good condition and the back patio a nice quiet and semi-private for the fire pit. Plenty of wood and nice adirondike seating around the pit. Stacked washer and dryer very handy. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Communication was great, we were kept informed of possible construction in the area during our stay. It didn’t affect us in anyway. House was very clean, nicely decorated for Christmas, hot tub was nice. We definitely will be back and refer to all family and friends.

Dogwood Flats was wonderful. Had everything we needed, the entire stay was so relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed the private hot tub during our 4 night stay. The check in and check out process was easy thanks to Josh's great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

We found the rental in immaculate condition. Nicely appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were within 20 minutes of everything we had planned. The Best Getaway!

Dogwood Flats exceeded our expectations! We stayed four nights and enjoyed every minute of it! The cabin was very clean, cozy and ohhhh so comfortable! We appreciated being able to bring our old little dog and loved the hot tub, fire pit and fireplace. We would return in a heartbeat!

It was a great cabin! It was clean and kept up. We had the host information but did not have any problems. There was no grass around the cabin, but there is some grass at the end of the road for dogs. Please clean up after your pets! We will go back.

Fabulous Stay!

Our stay at Dogwood Flats was very welcoming. The description matched our experience and found this property went a little more above and beyond compared to other properties we've stayed at. For instance, they provided coffee pods, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, towels, even stuff to make s'mores. The kitchen was well-stocked re: utentils, cooking/baking pots and pans, etc. The check-in/check-out procedures were well communicated and communication we had with Josh was prompt and receptive. This is a pet-friendly home so we brought our dogs for our 9-day stay. The neighborhood was well-kept and felt very safe. It also felt very private when we were on the back patio. We will be back in Branson as we just booked our wedding there next year and we would definitely stay at this property again.
