Lovely

A group of 5 friends stayed to celebrate turning 50. The place was just perfect and the location to anything local just as perfect. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for our stay

This home was big enough for all 8 adults and 2 children. Everyone had their own space but also could come together for dinner. Location was perfect for our travel needs. We would recommend this home to anyone traveling to holland.

Nice pet friendly place

Nice place located within 5-10 minutes of everything. Big back yard for family and pets. Quiet neighborhood. Suited us perfectly for a 2 night stay. Would stay again!

Wedding weekend

We had a wonderful time staying here for our wedding weekend. The place was homey, clean, and it had everything we needed. The hot tub, sauna, and backyard with our pets was perfect. Great neighborhood as well.

Amazing Stay!

We loved our time staying at Colonial Cottage! It was very clean and had so many special amenities that made our stay so special. Loved the well stocked, well organized kitchen and the backyard was beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely use Upscale Lake Shore for our rental needs in the future and have recommended Colonial Cottage to our friends!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our 2 sons and our daughter and their significant others joined us for the long weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed your home and loved the downtown area. Hot tub and sauna were awesome!!!

Perfect for a large family

Plenty of sleeping options for multiple families. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Fenced in backyard with fire pit was a huge plus. Sauna and hot tub were great.

Perfect family home

8 adults from ages 22 - 75 stayed for a birthday memorial for our family member who recently died.

Property was excellent. Could use a toilet in the basement. We all enjoyed our time there and all the space available.

Relaxing Michigan vacation

Very comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately, we had terrible weather but we had a wonderful time just chilling in this cozy house. The neighborhood was wonderful. We had a great bike rides and 2 excellent hikes. We had some terrific meals both in Holland and saugatuck.

Felt like home

This was a really cozy place/neighborhood that felt like home for our wedding weekend. Lots of things stocked inside and outside of the house to make your stay fun. We accommodating and helpful when we had questions.

Great property in a wonderful neighborhood. The house is not very big but space well used and appointed. Fenced yard great for dogs. The neighborhood is magnificent and close to several beaches.

great spot to relax with family

The property was clean, cozy and had all that was described. The games and puzzles were a nice touch. We didn't use the outdoor items because it was cold when we stayed but there were extras for outside too. The indoor fireplace was nice. The kitchen was well stocked which was very nice. It was a great stay for our family.

We wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay in this property! The beautiful Christmas touches added to the house made it so warm and welcoming. The robes in each closet for use coming to and from the sauna and hot tub gave a luxurious feel to the home. When we couldn’t seem to get the hot tub to get warm enough, your staff was so responsive and helpful!! The American girl doll game brought back sweet memories of our daughter’s childhood and it was fun to play!! The kitchen is equipped amazingly for a rental!! We were able to do all our Christmas traditions cooking without pulling out the box of our own utensils and appliances!! The beds were all so comfortable and the house was pleasant to be in with multiple gathering points!! You were a big part of why our Christmas week reunion was so amazing!THANK YOU!!

Truly a Relaxing Stay
