Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in der Erdgeschoss Wohnung und waren absolut zufrieden mit der Umgebung und auch vom Zustand der Wohnung.
Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Couch war zwar nicht ganz so gut aber um Abends darauf zu sitzen und sich einen Film anzuschauen war es gut.
Das Bad sehr gut hatte dazu noch den kleinen Vorteil da sich unter dem Bad die Therme befand war der Fliesenboden angenehm warm.

Übergabe mittels Schlüssel safe hat geklappt.
Für 3 Personen gebucht, es war nur 2 Leute Bettzeug da.
Wohnung war im Dezember nicht beheizt und somit war es eiskalt. Kamin vorhanden aber keinerlei Starterkit für zumindest den ersten Abend.
Betten durchgelegen, Schlafcouch mega unbequem.
Allgemein schmutziger Gesamtzustand.
Backofen verdreckt.
Türklinke vom Eingang fällt dauernd ab.
Verwalter ist Novasol.
Telefonisch nicht erreichbar.
Per Mail bis heute keine Antwort.
Muss jetzt jeder selber wissen ob er das Objekt anmietet

Sehr gute Lage in Højer, Ferienwohnung geräumig, jedoch mit Mängeln
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr guten, ruhigen Lage in Højer mit Supermarkt, Bäcker und Pizzeria in der Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und hat einen schönen Balkon mit Gartenzugang. Ansonsten weist die Wohnung leider jedoch ein paar Mängel auf. In der Spülmaschine wird kaum etwas sauber, da das Fach mit dem Geschirrspülmittel nicht öffnet, sodass wir schon bald entschieden haben von Hand zu spülen. Das Geschirr haben wir bei unserer Ankunft zum großen Teil ziemlich dreckig vorgefunden. Auch ansonsten darf man es in der Wohnung mit der Sauberkeit nicht so eng sehen. Die Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht. Meines Erachtens gibt es dafür auch kein geeignetes Geschirr. Die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen sehen neuwertig aus und sind gut, die Matratze ist jedoch schmal und recht weich. Das Sofa ist nicht das beste. Die Wohnungstür lässt sich nur von außen auf- und abschließen, was über den Umweg Balkon mit Gartenanbindung möglich ist.
Von Højer kann man hervorragend Ausflüge, z.B. zu den Inseln machen und den Abend auf dem schönen Balkon ausklingen lassen. Somit haben wir über die aufgezählten Mängel der Ferienwohnung hinweg geschaut und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Fabulous appartment
Perfect,
alleen is er twee dagen een loodgieter aan de gang geweest op de bovenverdieping.
Wat voor ons inhield af en toe geen water en geen gebruik van toilet.
Bij aankomst constateerden wij dat 1 rolgordijn kapot was.
Voor de rest een prima verblijf.

Schnitt und Einrichtung sind sehr gut. Küche durch leichte Erhöhung vom Wohnbereich getrennt. Offene Bereiche für Esse-Schlafen-Wohnen. Sehr großer Gasherd+Ofen_ Schön: Leinwand für einen Beamer. Terrasse in den Hof+Grill im Sommer sicher super (wir waren im Januar hier)

Sehr schön und empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Alles nötige vorhanden. Die Gegend ist schön zu erkunden mit dem Rad. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Romo ist gut eine halbe Stunde entfernt, aber lohnenswert. An sich alles super, nur den Code für die Tür, sollte man richtig übermittelt bekommen. Das klappte nicht gleich...sonst nicht zu beanstanden..sehr empfehlenswert
