From the moment we checked in with Sahil at reception, he was fantastic, very helpful and polite, lovely to chat too. Every morning and evening we left to go out, all staff acknowledge us. Breakfast here was absolutely fantastic chef is amazing and coffees were the best. Highly recommend to stay here and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Great place and very good breakfast, but the only USB port is on the clock/radio, nothing else in the whole apartment, but lucky me it didn’t work so flat battery from early in the morning, tried to find another in the PC and printer room but no luck.

Really dusty - broke out in full-body hives. Modern facilities and convenient location, but needed to take antihistamines for the duration of the holiday and was anxious every night about my allergy potentially being set off again. There was a thick layer of dust we scraped off the bedside table. Pretty clear they only really clean the bathroom daily and nothing else.

This is a great location and the only thing that lets it down somewhat is the very limited food options in the cafe. When heading out on early tours it would be nice to have the option to eat in the hotel but i didn’t find the menu that great. This was the only downside in my opinion. The staff are lovely and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Very easy walking distance to both the harbour and the city centre.

The staff at this place was great, very helpful and pleasant. The cafe offers affordable small breakfast. However, the beds are terrible and the floors uneven. This is popular with tour groups who probably aren't expecting much. This is a tired hotel.
