This morning we were assured that both rooms would remain available, so we left our valuables in the room. However, while we were three hours away, we were informed that one room had been reassigned. Additionally, we experienced barely any hot water and found ants in the room. The hotel took no accountability for these problems, leaving us to deal with the consequences of their mistake.

Great location to the airport. Clean and staff were very nice. Will definitely stay again if looking for a hotel near the airport. Also, you can request transportation to the airport for a small fee. Very convenient!

I loved staying at Thanh Long Hotel. It was modern, super clean and convenient to the airport. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast all I needed. I wish I could have stayed longer but alas it was a stopover.

We arrived late in the evening to a wrong branch of this hotel but we very much appreciated that they had a car that took us to the correct address. The room was clean and cool and as depicted in the pictures.
