As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and check-in was super easy and quick. Our room was clean and tidy just like the pictures show. AC and shower worked well and we were comfortable our entire stay. The staff were all super sweet. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s so close to everything as well! Lots of entertainment and dining options.
Shower had an option to turn on the water heater with a switch. :)

Excellent location to explore the city. Lucky and the rest of the staff at the hotel were professional and friendly. Lucky provided tour information and tips for restaurants and must see places to visit. Several restaurants in the near vicinity of the Golden Queen had Michelin plates and made the stay there even better. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was icy and the shower had endless hot water. As an added bonus, there was a book exchange in the lobby with plenty of novels written in English.

It was really nice to stay. Reception staff was friendly abd helpful. The room was a little bit smelly(like damp or it was previously a smoking room). And bed was a bit uncomfortable. But overall, we were OK.

Overall had a very nice stay at Sunny Serviced Apartments. Very central location, staff was friendly and helpful, he wasn't always at reception but he was easily reachable by phone. Room was clean and air conditioned. The wifi was hit and miss and the kettle wasn't working but other than that no complaints. Room had a small cooking area as well which was nice.

No room at the inn for us!

Horrendous service. Turned up to check into room and told to wait for the manager, who then turned up 10 mins later to say they were full. Took a while for them to finally admit that it was their fault and not Hotels.com for the oversight. Finally secured us a room at the hotel next door for 2 nights and moved us back for the 3rd night. Overall, the inconvenience caused and unapologetic service marred an otherwise OK stay and room.

I’m really impressed with my stay at Golden Queen ApartHotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment has a kitchen which is perfect for longer stays, and everything is modern and spotlessly clean. The services are excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Best of all, the location is fantastic — super central and just minutes from Nguyen Hue Walking Street and all the main attractions. If you want comfort, convenience, and great value in the heart of HCM, this is the place! I’ll definitely be back to it again.
