The staff was wonderful. We were treated like royalty! We were greeted with tea when we checked in, and because we like the tea so much, they brought more to our room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the cook made eggs anyway, we wanted them. From the hotel, we could walk to all kinds of restaurants and shopping areas including the big market street.

Close to everything but still very quiet. Wonderful staff, clean and spacious room, great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Saigon!

They greeted us each time we passed by, offered us travel info, introduced to us a great guide book from their library collection (yes, this hotel has a small library), and just simply took care of us while we were there. Their free afternoon English tea was a life saver when we returned late from a tour without lunch. Live piano music is played on the weekends!
