Buena ubicación y desayuno bueno.

Este hostel está situado en un callejón de una de las avenidas principales de Ho Chi Mihn, junto a la calle Pham Ngu Lao. La calle en algunos momentos puede ser ruidosa debido al paso de personas durante la noche y la cercanía de bares y hoteles en la zona, aunque mucho más tranquila que la avenida principal. El desayudo sencillo pero muy correcto para coger fuerzas antes de visitar la ciudad. La habitación está bien con camas cómodas y aire acondicionado, aunque el edificio necesita algo de mantenimiento, ya que necesitan poner cubos para retener el agua que cae de algunas goteras en la escalera cuando llueve.

Good service bad facilities

The girl at the reception and breakfast was lovely. She prepared a good breakfast. However, the room was noisy, the toilet not so clean and the bed sheets were not very clean neither. The next morning we told her that the room was noisy and offered another room but we were already checking out. Definitely they need better windows. The service was very good though. The girl at the reception and breakfast was lovely. She prepared home made breakfast.

Great location near busy night life as d restaurants. Excellent customer service and really friendly staff. No lift to the room I stayed in on the 4th floor, but good excercise 😁

Hitel is in a great location and is quiet, as its down an alleyway from the main street. Staff are super friendly and helpful, although a little pushy with tours and laundry services etc. Breakfast isn't great; fried eggs are alwas undercooked and if you ask for any preferences they get ignored. Rooms are directly off of the stairwell, meaning you can hear everyone if they're noisy going to their room

We stayed for 9days in saigoneer Hotel. Overall it was good & I would give excellent to the hotel staffs service. Especially to Ms Mi who is always smiling & greeting you at any time of the day. She will remember every guests name & greet them with sincere attitude. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if we back to HCMC.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, staff is amazing, especially the receptionist called Mi. always happy to see her Breakfast is good, enough thing to choose from. Near Bui Vien and backpacker area, but still quiet. Lot of shops and Restaurants nearby

It could be better

My family and I spent 4 nights in Saigoneer Hotel (deluxe family room). We knew in advance that the hotel is going to be fairly simple, so we weren’t too disappointed upon arrival. We still would give four stars to the hotel, but there were so many things which could be improved there without spending lots of money, e.g. a loose toilette sit, no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes/towels while taking a shower (the bathroom was a constant mess, it was always wet, even after cleaning). We were a family of 4, but the cleaner was regularly leaving 3 towels (later 4 big towels, but for some reason always 3 face towels). There was a complimentary tea and coffee but only one mug for hot drinks. The other 2 were glasses for cold drinks. We were receiving 3 small bottles of water instead of 4. Breakfast was also quite simple and it took the staff approx. 20 minutes to serve it. Considering the location, it would be easy enough to eat out and not to be charged for breakfast. There seemed to be no manager in the hotel and that is the problem. The cleaner seemed to be in charge. Just to write also something positive, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with an amazing lady at the front desk

Hotel in a small alley. Nice and clean. Good price. The lady at the front desk is amazing. Always happy to see her, she makes people feel welcome and tries to help if there is a problem.

Bom custo benefício

Hotel localizado numa rua secundária silencioda, mas bem próximo à Backpacker's street. Boa localização, com várias opções de bares e restaurantes, inclusive com um mercado de comidas locais bem em frente. É também um bom lugar para contratar passeios e para se locomover pela cidade. Boa cama e banho ok. Staff muito atencioso. Café da manhã simples (fruta, torrada, ovos e café), mas suficiente. Bom custo benefício.
