Fantastic place to stay! The staff was good. The rooms were clean. The onsen was wonderful, as were the complementary snacks available after your soak in the hot pools. The hotel is walking distance from the memorials.

My reservation didnt include breakfast so I cannot comment on breakfast offerings. The hotel is located about 15 mins bus ride from Hiroshima station which is convenient, but be beware, if using Google maps, make sure you have "Dormy Inn ANNEX " not the other Dormy Inn location. I got off at the wrong stop after arriving in Hiroshima and had to walk back with my luggage 15 mins to get back to the ANNEX location. English language is a problem for transiting i found no matter where I went in Japan, maybe for 1-2 exceptions where people spoke and understood proper English. The hotel was clean my room was bigger than the one I had in Tokyo. The onsen here was however not as good as the one in Tokyo in my opinion. Staff downstairs were as helpful as they could be. Free coffee and beverage offered at certain times in welcome area. Stay was okay and comfortable for 2 days I was there.

Comfortable and clean room that was close to most activities. There's a hot spring, Onsen on site but it is not tattoo friendly, just a heads up. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.

Enjoyed our stay in Hiroshima at Dormy Inn Hiroshima Annex. Location close to restaurants and major sites. Buffet breakfast is well done with lots of variety. Rooftop onsen was lovely and little extras made the experience. Access to laundry, ramen in evening, coffee and lemonade in lobby. Staff very kind and helpful.

The staff was amazing always very helpful with an question or need. Laundry service in room pickup or DIY (free wash, easily dry in 40min 200y) Public bath was very relaxing. Location was close to bus to get to Hiroshima Station, walking diatance to all the Peace Memorials and museums.

This was the best onsen I went to in Japan, and it's included with the hotel. They have a BEAUTIFUL indoor and outdoor hot bath, as well as a hot sauna and cold bath. I went to 5 different onsens and this was the best, it was a great way to spend the last few evenings in Japan. HOWEVER, be warned: no tattoos allowed (most other onsens this wasn't an issue, and thankfully I have none anyway). The hotel is walking distance to Nagarekawa, which is a lovely and popular neighbourhood for night time restaurants and izakayas. Quick bus ride away from the other tourist attractions like the Peace park/museum, and a short bus ride from Hiroshima Station. Pillows were a little hard, but I still slept great. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

A great stay - hotel is well located for walking, bus or tram to everywhere we wanted to go. Our queen room was spacious and had all the amenities. The onsen was lovely. Laundry was a big plus - wash was free and dry only 100 yen. And they have an ice machine which was a great benefit given the hot summer weather. Easy checkin - they stored our luggage and dealt with receiving our luggage shipped from Kyoto. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great value too. Highly recommend!

The staff were so helpful and the onsen and other amenities were fantastic. Close to tons of hole-in-the -wall dining, as well as nightlife and shopping. Easy walk to the Peace Park Memorial and a lovely stay all around.
