* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

We loved our time at this amazing house! It was clean, beautiful, comfortable and the communication with the rental company was phenomenal. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this property!

The check in process was OK. We had to go to the property managers office to pick up our parking passes Which was a minor inconvenience. Upon arriving one of the bathrooms was not able to be used because the door was broken. With 8 people staying in the house this was a problem. We rented this property heavily on the number of bathrooms. We were not informed of this before checking in which felt very disingenuous of the owner and management company. They did have a contractor come out the next day to look at it and we were told that they would need to open the wall to fix the issue and they had to get owner approval to do that. It took several messages to the management company to get any updates on the process. They were very unresponsive. We indicated it to them that a discount would be appropriate since the house was not as advertised. We were only offered a discount on the next stay with them. This was only offered since they know that us staying with them again was highly unlikely after this process. All it would have taken would have been a small discount on THIS stay to show that they understand the inconvenience. Based on what we spent on this house for a week that would be been such a minor thing to do. They are clearly more interested in money than creating a good customer experience. Would avoid this house and Relax Rentals all together. Plenty of better options out there.
