Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel a lot and have stayed at many similar houses. 6 East Garrison was one of our favorites. The kids loved the hot tub, there was plenty of space in the yard for them to run around, the bike trail is perfect for running and doing kid-friendly bike loops around the neighborhood.Even though we stayed in March, the weather was perfect and we walked to the beach (<10 mins) several times. House was clean and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Only minor point on maintenance was that the bathroom could use new caulking and paint for the floor boards. We had a perfect stay and would recommend this house to anyone traveling with kids and looking for a relaxed HH getaway.

Great modern home near the beach!

The property is as advertised - it's recently renovated, in a quiet neighborhood, and centrally located in Sea Pines. Management was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Would stay there again.

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as promised. House was spacious and clean. Hot tub wasn’t necessary but a very nice added bonus. Perfect bike ride to the beach.

Wonderful stay!

The house is super comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything is clean and new. A hot tub is a plus even during summer. We used it in the evenings. The Sea Pines area is the place to be. We will definitely be back.

Family getaway

The location of the house was wonderful, back yard opened to walking/biking trail, you could be at the beach, golf course in a matter of minutes by biking. Home was comfortable and clean, large televisions in every room a plus. And the quiet living room without a television was a unique experience.

Relaxing Spot

My husband, our 5 children, and myself stayed here for the second time and it was just as wonderful this time as it was last time. We saw armadillos and lots of deer in the backyard. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family! The property manager was responsive and checked on us multiple times. We hope to come back!

Fantastic Sea Pines Home

Our family visited for the week of July 4th and loved staying at this property. With three kids and two working parents, the home provided everything we needed to get away but still sneak in some work from time to time. The two-family room layout was perfect for the kids to watch movies at night while mom and dad could reconnect over a glass of wine in the separate living room. If you need a family home in Sea Pines and don’t require a pool, this home is perfect!

3 Night Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this Sea Pines property. The home was extremely clean when we arrived and very well equipped with everything we needed. It’s clear that the owners and management take great care of the property, and it made for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit.If I had a few minor suggestions, they would be small operational items rather than issues with the home itself. The dryer worked but typically needed a couple of cycles to fully dry clothes. Also, the showers were a bit difficult to operate at first—some simple instructions posted in the bathrooms would be very helpful for guests. Lastly, the keypad lock is currently located on the side of the house; it would be more convenient if guests could access the home through the front door.These are very minor suggestions. Overall, this is an excellent home in a great location, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for the five of us. Parents, 24 year old son and his girlfriend, and 31 year old daughter. All had our own space. Easy access to the beach. Use bikes! Two separate common areas also nice when we had to work. Would love to return soon.
