We loved this condo!! It is right across the street from many restaurants/shops and on the beach. It is very updated and has everything you need for your stay. Bed was very comfortable. Communication from the owner was quick and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great ocean view condo in a perfect location close to the beach grocery store and many restaurants. Unit is well laid out and has a great kitchen that is nicely furnished. Would highly recommend this unit and we would book it again.

This was our second year staying here and we absolutely love it. From the convience of being across the street from Coligny and all the shops and restaurants to being right there with Pool Bar Jim’s. The condo is adorable and is decorated so cute! Julie is awesome to deal with and the correspondence is quick. Can’t recommend this combo enough! We will be back again and again!

Wonderful condo with excellent location! Everything was very clean and spacious for the two of us. Outstanding location with shopping, grocery and restaurants just across the street. My husband never moved our car except to drive to Harbor Town to see the NYE fireworks. Highly recommend a stay here if you visit Hilton Head!

Beautiful condo close to everything.

Nicely renovated condo extremely comfortable & great location. We stayed with teenage kids & love the condo amenities & being by Coligny plaza. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

This was our 6th visit to HHI but the first time without our kids and grandkids. Julie's rental was the.perfect match for us. I would highly recommendthis property.

Absolute perfection! The condo was exactly as pictured, if not better. I'm no stranger to this part of the island, so it goes without saying that the location is ideal with shopping, restaurants and the beach at your fingertips. The weather was a little "iffy" during our visit (2/21/26 - 2/28/26), but it did not deter from our trip at all. We had a large, cozy space to relax with all of the comforts of home. The view of the daily sunrise is unbeatable, the king bed luxurious and the kitchen is amazing! The host is VERY responsive, thank you Julie I will return!

Family vacation

Great unit that has been nicely renovated. Kids loved the Murphy bunk beds. Location of the property was ideal with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely rent it again.

Had a great stay in this well appointed condo. Nice view, most awesome sunrises anywhere! Photos represent the unit well. Kitchen has all you could need to whip up your favorites. Property manager was the best ever to work with. Do a bit of research on the location and you’ll find most everything you need is very close by.

Spring Vacation

The property was just lovely! The Condo had everything and more! The location was perfect. Close to the beach and Coligny Shopping Center. The owner was great and replied to all questions promptly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at this property again!!!

Perfect location

Great room with the perfect location. Room was clean and just like the pictures. Just across the road from coligny so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you didn’t want to.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this unit again. It was perfect for our family and the kids loved the Murphy beds (ages 7 & 9). You will not be disappointed in this unit. Also the master bed is extremely comfortable!! :)

Wonderful place. Location is great, safe area and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great pots and pans, great utensils and a nice coffee maker. The bed was great. Honestly, one of the best places we’ve stayed. Host was great.

Wonderful

We have been wanting to stay at Seaside for a few years now and it did not disappoint. From the close proximity to Coligny and all the shops and restaurants to Pool Bar Jim’s it was a great experience. Our condo was perfect and it was updated and had a great view. Our host Julie was great to communicate with and everything was top notch. We will definitely be staying here again!

Seacrest stay

Check in was easy. Place was clean, kitchen was very well stocked. Owner responded to questions quickly. Directly across from Coligny. We loved our stay and hope to return.
