The property is conveniently located to the beach access and all the amenities of sea pines. Parking at the house was on a concrete drive with plenty of space. The layout of the home is great with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large foyer, a large galley kitchen with pantry and laundry areas. The kitchen has a pass thru to the large dining room. The living room is spacious with furnishings that are not fancy but very adequate. Each bedroom has multiple beds and a full bath. Wifi is great and there are tvs in each of the bedrooms and the living room. The home is pet friendly and one level with easy entry which were all necessary for our family. The brick foyer is so practical for wet/sandy feet. The pool is small but great for relaxation and there is plenty of seating around the pool. The deck overlooking the golf course has plenty of seating and includes one table suitable for outdoor dining. There is also gas grill. The deck is under a beautiful canopy of trees-just make sure to bring your insect repellent. I've never seen a kitchen in a rental more fully stocked with all appliances in good working order. The furnishings were not fancy but quite adequate. The house does have serious plumbing issues that were evident immediately. Vacasa was great in their response when the plumbing issues became a plumbing emergency. We would definitely stay at this property again once the plumbing issues are fully addressed and repaired.

Amazing Location

The home was spacious with a full bathroom in every bedroom. The back deck was under large shade trees. It had plenty of tables, seating and overlooked the golf course. Swimming pool was a perfect size and came complete with plenty of floats and toys. The pool area also had plenty of tables and chairs. The home owner provided beach chairs and a beach wagon. The kitchen was fully stocked and had what appeared to be new appliances including a washer and dryer. Check in thru vacasa was quick and easy. Best of all was the location. 2 minute bike ride to the beach club or a short walk with the wagon. Centrally located to harbor town and south beach. An easy bike ride to each.

We will rent again

The location was great with the additional bonus of allowing two large dogs in the home. The fenced in pool area gave the dogs a place to safely be off leash outside. Short walk to the beach and bike rentals. The house was large and spacious!

The roof leaks. When the storm came so did the water inside the house. Lucky they were about to relocate us in another house the next evening. We had to wait till the next day after 4:00pm to recheck in. Wasted one hole day. Never again.

Wonderful back deck. Interior skylight wells could use some attention, cobwebs. Bedroom carpets need a deep clean, they have MANY doggie pee stains.

My husband and I came to the island to enjoy what it had to offer. We were also there to see my brother and sister-in-law. We were able to enjoy lots of good food. The house was very comfortable.

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!

Peaceful mornings on the back deck overlooking the golf course, fun days at the beach within walking distance and lazy afternoons lounging by the pool - ending with a night of very restful sleep. We were so pleased with every aspect of this home. Thank you!!!

Great Location

The lay-out was perfect for all the family to have en suite. Plenty of room for dining. Deck was great & with beautiful view. Pool on smaller side but ideal for cooling off after beach. Plenty of beds & beach 7 pool equipment provided.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

House was very comfortable and provided us with everything we needed. The pool is very small but was fine since there were only 3 of us. The only thing that would have been helpful would have been some guidance regarding public beach access. Once we figured it out, it was a short bike ride to the beach. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Great House w/ Private Pool in Excellent Location!

The house has the perfect view of the golf course. It is a 2 min bike ride to the beach, and right in the middle between both South Beach Marina and Harbortown. It is the right spot to be in Sea Pines! The home is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will book this property again!
