Nice Property

Nice unit, clean and as described. Beautiful large pool with nice boardwalk to the ocean. Couple of things that could be improved would be upgrading bed from a queen to a king and we were only given 4 towels and two washcloths for a 4 night stay for two people. Also, balcony table had rusted broken leg so was very wobbly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting San Diego. Patrick made sure we got all settled in and walked us through some of the features of the home which was really helpful. He even gave us suggestions for places to visit and eat while there for the week. Even with the weather not always cooperating we were still able to enjoy the beautiful backyard/pool area daily. We loved that the house was in a quiet neighborhood but we could hop on the highway in minutes and get to so many great attractions. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax and enjoy some sun when not out sightseeing then look no further because this provides the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. The house was very clean and you could tell Patrick and Will took the time to think about what guests may need. They had pool towels, sun hats, plenty of cookware, spices, and even fans for each room. It made the stay that much more comfortable and stress free. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the San Diego area.

Nice Stay

We appreciated the beach access and view from the balcony. Just a couple of minor issues keep us from giving a 5 star review. When we arrived Sissy very quickly responded to our call and helped us remove wasps from the balcony. While there, she acknowledged that the sliding glass door was dirty, noting that there had been a heavy rain the day before. Seems like that could have been taken care of before our 4pm checkin. It was messing with our view of the ocean, so we bought some Windex wipes and took care of it. Maybe leave some glass cleaner on hand in the property. Also, the only elevator was at the opposite end of the very long building and parking lot. Not a deal-breaker, but we 60-somethings had heavy bags to carry up the stairs.The unit was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Hilton Head Tennis and Beach Resort

We were invited to join friends from Michigan for a little Spring get away. So, we took a look at the property they were staying at and booked our vacation last minute! Wow!!! We were so pleasantly surprised! We were greeted at the welcome center by an enthusiastic lovely young lady who explained where we could find our villa. We found our villa easily and were immediately pleased with the beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable accommodations with a fabulous view!We had a fabulous time walking the beautiful beach and spent many hours pool side! Lots of laughs were shared with our wonderful friends! We will definitely book again and already miss the fresh ocean breezes and sounds of waves crashing!!!Our only negative would be lack of beach chairs and beach towels provided by host. Otherwise absolutely excellent experience!

Quick stay for the RBC

Stayed with my husband for two nights. Check in was quick and easy, the views of the beach were beautiful and the condo was clean. It was just what we needed. We definitely will stay again!

Weekend Get-A-Way

Condo was clean, well stocked, very attractive decor, comfortable mattress, and a great location close to pool and beach. Mary and Sissy were extremely helpful with a minor WiFi issue when we arrived and had it resolved very fast! C-232 was perfect for a quiet long weekend Get-A-Way for us.

Fantastic getaway!

My family and I needed a quick getaway to the beach and this was the perfect spot for us. It was just the four of us and we really enjoyed how close this property was to the beach. The pool was convenient to access, there were family movie nights hosted there and the property’s location was close to nice restaurants as well. We would go back for sure!

Just the right size

This place was just the right fit for our Spring Break getaway. We had an ocean view and super accessible access to the pool which is perfect with pop up Spring showers and snack trips.
