Wonderful two bedroom condo at Hilton Head Resort with ocean views. The condo is in the closest building to the ocean, just a short walk away or ride the beach shuttle during the season. The deck, living room, kitchen and master bedroom all enjoy a very nice view. Very few condos at HH Resort have a nice view. Kitchen is stocked to prepare meals and you can dine in the condo or on the deck. Master bedroom has queen bed with a full bath attached. Guest room has a double bed and a twin bed with a full bath beside the bedroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa, so you can sleep seven people comfortably. Hilton Head Resort has free tennis, three swimming pools, one indoor, fitness center and a restaurant on site. During the season, Coconuts, an oceanfront restaurant and bar is located just down the beach path. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 2107 Hilton Head Resort is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Great location near shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove. Shelter Cove is just a minute away from Hilton Head Resort with Giusseppis Pizza, Way Back Burgers, Poseidon Steak and Seafood and many shops to enjoy. Behind the Shelter Cove area is a great playground for the kids. There are miles of bike paths all over the island.

Water damage

This property has clearly sustained significant water damage. Paint is peeling, floor is buckled, bath is mildewed, the freezer is inexplicably rusty and the whole condo smells like a wet basement. Basic maintenance has been neglected - screws are missing from wall plates, the wall decor is warped or broken, the shower handles leak extensively, the carpet is disgusting and the cabinet doors do not stay closed. Both members of my family who are sensitive to mold started experiencing breathing issues after arriving. When I emailed the property owner, all I received was a form letter about reporting maintenance issues. The complex is nice enough with pools and beach access but I strongly recommend finding a different condo.
