Wonderful location

I’ve been visiting HHI for over 25 years since I was a kid and now I’m taking my own family. This location was WONDERFUL and the home was beautiful! I really appreciated the high end appliances. The walk to the pool was maybe 20 seconds - essentially in the condo’s backyard. The walk to the beach was very close as well and that’s coming from a mom lugging a toddler and an infant. We really appreciated the beach wagon & chairs!! You’re a stone’s throw away from the pirate ship playground and shopping/restaurants. Communication with TurnKey was quick and friendly. We would without hesitation stay at this location again and if it’s not available, we’ll look for another TurnKey property. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Hilton Head condo

The condo was exactly as pictured on line - clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, startup supplies and kitchen stuff. The location is okay, walk to the beach was a little long for a 3 year old. Property management company was very responsible with small maintenance issue and the communication was excellent before, during and after stay. Pool was crowded and a bit loud at times especially in the afternoon.

Great layout for a family.

We were very happy with the cleanliness, layout, how the kitchen was equipped and the quick response of the staff when we had questions. The only complaint, and this was a minor one, was that the outside garbage has not been picked up before we arrived. We contacted the staff and they acted promptly and took care of the garbage. We would recommend this property for your vacation needs.

2 negatives that are out of your control

Perfect location. Wonderful appliances. Unfortunatley, there was a group of 4 very noisy & drunk guys who partied almost all night one night near the pool. Also, the neighbor next door was worried about our grill ( don't know why) and became belligerant & aggressive. Management was very responsive to all requests except for the metal faucet in the service area. For 3 days we felt some kind of electric surge when turning on the hose. Didn't happen all the time, but there is something going on. Would stay with a Turnkey property again. I wish there were partitions between the patios.

Girls Trip

We took a girls trip of 9 and we had such a good time! The closeness of the beach was amazing and also close to coligny and night life! We would all love to stay here again!

Hilton Head family beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. A few things that would have made it better would be more supplies in the starter kit, such as more Dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent. There was also no salt and sugar but we were able to borrow from the neighbors. There were also no paper towels or garbage bags. The kids had a great time playing with the games available and kept them occupied when the beach weather wasn't great. Furniture seemed to have animal hair, possibly cat hair, which family members are allergic to, which made it a little difficult to hang out in the living area. Overall, we would stay here again.

Outstanding location

Perfect week

We all loved our accommodations! The condo was so roomy! The LR was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating for family time and TV, the dining area perfect for our Thanksgiving feast and the "penthouse suite" was a nice touch of privacy! Everything was spotless upon arrival and the kitchen was well equipped. The "starter supply" of soaps, TP, etc was more than sufficient. We had no need to contact anyone for assistance, but I accidentally sent a text to the management and I had a near immediate response! Our only complaint was that the entry code was too long to memorize! LOL! We truly enjoyed our beach condo and talking longingly about wishing it were ours on a more permanent basis! PS. Loved the decor as well. Also tons of reading material and games available! It was too chilly for the pool but it was very clean and a nice size.

Golf trip

This property was perfect. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Also you’re within a few miles of some of the best golf courses. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone

Perfect Fall Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and well stocked! The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Seriously, everything about this place couldn’t have been more perfect. I would LOVE to stay there again. Our family really enjoyed it!

Great location, great space!!

First off, the property itself was lovely and spacious. Lots of room for everyone, and we had a full house. The private master bedroom and bath on the top floor was GREAT and quiet!! The two middle bedrooms are huge, so lots of room for luggage, laundry, and teenagers!!! The outdoor patio is actually super private, and a peaceful spot. The kitchen area was perfectly laid out with the washer and dryer, and the living/dining area provided room for everyone to relax. The air conditioner was also amazing!! Kept the whole place super cold!! Turnkey was amazing, and super responsive!! Am already looking to rent again next year!!!

Perfect last minute booking!

This was our first time to Hilton Head as a family of four! Last minute we had another family join us for part of the week, so 4 adults and 4 kids. The layout was perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was clean and updated. Great location for easy access to the beach and biking to Coligny for shopping and icecream. Very happy with the whole stay!

changing management companies did us in.

We have stayed in this condo 6-7 times when it was managed by Seashore Vacations, but now it’s with Turn Key. Mistake. Their house rules changed and they threatened to charge us additional money if we didn’t comply so we were required to start a load of laundry before we left yet there was no extra detergent so I had to buy some. The WiFi info was wrong. I get a call on Wednesday that an agent will be going into our condo, without us there, to check on supplies, the job the cleaning service did (it was the middle of the week) and anything that may need attention. I told her that if I needed something I would call and she said it was required. We had valuables in our rental because we were at the beach and I couldn’t enjoy myself because I was stewing over the fact that a stranger was walking through our rental without being asked and without permission. There was only one set of towels per person for an entire week. The whole experience was very impersonal and we felt put upon and unappreciated. I have been a property manager for thirty years in WNC and my guests leave knowing I appreciate their visit and most of them book their next visit. I do everything I can to enhance their experience, not give reasons for them to look elsewhere. Too bad they didn’t put us first.

Great Place!

Great check-in process. Easy and clear check-out process. Beach chairs and sand toys were included which was a great bonus. We had a slight issue with the dishwasher and communication with the property management was seamless and the issue was addressed promptly. Will definitely stay again!

Overall a great week

Location was wonderful! Overall clean and a good space for 4 adults and 4 kids. A few issues -There is rust in the dishwasher and the ice machine made ice but hand to get by hand. The grill could use a good cleaning. Also on the first day we had no internet or tv and we contacted TurnKey and were told someone local would take care of it but we never heard from anyone. We were finally able to restart the router and it started working, however we were disappointed we never heard from turnkey.

Family vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Our issue was the complex closed the pool at 8:30 every night, despite the sign saying it was open until 10:00 p.m. We like to swim in the evenings and this was very disappointjng.
