The dining table seats six comfortably, and there are an additional 3 barstools at the kitchen bar.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted flat screen and a private bathroom with a tub shower combination.

The guest bedroom also features a queen bed and has a wall-mounted flat screen and access to a hall bathroom with a tub shower combination.

Guests staying at The Dunes have access to a community pool. The beach is a quick 5-to-7-minute walk away, and the famed Coligny Plaza area is an easy 5 to 10 minute bike ride.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
