First Stay in Sea Pines

We traditionally stayed in Palmetto Dunes when we visited when our daughters were growing up. We came back with all three now adults and stayed in 78 Fairway in Sea Pines. We had a fantastic time. The place was beautiful and convenient to the beach and other entertainment.

Great Condo

The condo was great! The beach was a short walk from the front door. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen at a VRBO. Be aware that the pool is a10 min. drive….the beach is closer.

We will be back!

We absolutely loved this condo and will most definitely be back again! The layout of the property, the location, the open airy space all made it the perfect place for the 6 of us to stay. It's equipped with everything you need and more. The extensive book library on the balcony and the game collection were impressive! The property manager was responsive and helpful when needed (a little bird got in one day the back door!) The body of water out back is filled with alligators :) They love to sun bathe on the putting green across the water. We were playing bocce in the backyard and one alligator was watching us for approximately 30 minutes till he jumped up out of the water and ran to one of our bocce balls, grabbed it in his mouth (recentered himself because bocce balls are heavy!) and carried it back into the water. We have video footage! It was the funniest and most bizarre thing - so just beware they are fiesty! Thank you for an amazing stay - we are looking forward to booking with you again for another trip to HHI!

Great view

It was the perfect space for a trip with family and friends. The view out the back window and in the backyard kept us entertained with all kinds of wildlife (alligators, birds, deer, and jumping fish). We loved sitting in the chairs in the backyard taking in the beautiful scenery. We were a close walk to the beach and enjoyed riding bikes all over Sea Pines. The space offers all kinds of books and games to enjoy for a wide range of ages. The beds slept good and there was a variety of pillows to choose from for your liking. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances, etc. I have come to Hilton Head for many years and this is probably my favorite place we have stayed. We will return.

Spring Break

Great Sea Pines location with short walk to the beach. Backyard view of pond offered daily visits by local birds and gators. Used the putting green several times during the week which is well may. The villa has all the amenities of home which was great. Would definitely stay again!

We LOVED this villa and our stay. Very clean and the kitchen was so well stocked…almost like being in your own kitchen😁. We will definitely consider this unit again for our next trip to Hilton Head.

We had a great vacation in Hilton Head. The location was perfect. A nice bike ride to Salty Dog or Harbour Town. A short walk to the beach. The place was nicely decorated and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Sea Pines Villa

Beautiful property great location, very tranquil. The villa was everything the listing described. Was nice to wake up each morning and watch the birds at the feeder and watch over the pond, putting green, and golf course from the back patio. Beach towels were provided as well as some beach toys for little ones. I’d advise to bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, if you have them, the beach access is a short walk/bike ride and was very relaxing. The king bed in the primary bedroom is probably due for replacement, as another review had mentioned. Thanks for providing a wonderful property with great amenities.

Summer Trip

Beautiful property with the best stocked kitchen I've seen in a rental. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Loved having the outdoor shed in the front where we could keep our beach stuff and the hose to rinse the sand off our feet before entering the house. The upstairs sink and bathtub were slow draining but someone came out to fix them quickly, even with it being a holiday week. Would definitely stay here again!

Yearly visitors to Hilton Head and we were very impressed with our stay. Clean, modern, plentiful amenities, good water pressure! Views of the golf course, private putting green, incredible bird watching. 5 minute walk to the beach, easy bike access, highly recommend! Property managers were helpful and responsive.

Great Location and Beautiful Views

We had a great stay at the property. The home has lovely views overlooking a pond and golf course. We spent hours watching the birds and enjoying the occasional alligator sighting. We road bikes all over Sea Pines and loved the easy rides from the house to Harbor Town and the Beach Club. The house is well appointed and every kitchen gadget is at your disposal. Our only suggestions include replacing the king mattress and pillows as both are in bad shape; we actually bought new pillows so that we could sleep more comfortably. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and made memories we'll treasure with our family.
