90th Birthday Celebration

Thanks for having us. We loved being at HHI! Celebrating my Dad’s 90th - his adult children, gkids, and now grt gkids joined us. Property worked out great. My parents could walk to beach since it wasn’t too far - the living space was surrounded by trees so felt peaceful and private. Group could do own thing - swim in pool, golf, tennis, pickle ball, or beach were easy access. FYI - there are a lot of stairs if you have elderly people in your group.

Loved our week at 4 High Rigger, Hilton Head Island

The floor plan was absolutely perfect. We were four families: two grandparents, three married children with spouses, and a total of six grandchildren. The bedrooms were located well away from each other so people were not on top of each other. The living and dining spaces were very spacious and allowed multiple different activities to go on at the same time without interfering with each other. The kitchen was well equipped (suggest adding a pastry brush and a salad spinner) and pretty workable. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool and the pool service came out promptly when the pool needed servicing. It's a very short walk to the beach. The laundry room with washer and dryer was great and absolutely essential. The only issue was that, although there were many extra pillows, with one exception, there were no pillows cases for those extra pillow. All of us agreed this was the best family vacation other.

Annual Family vacation

This is the third year we stayed at 4 High Rigger with our children and grandchildren! It’s the perfect house and location for 14 of us! We love the location and proximity to the beach. The house layout fits our family needs. Communication with the owner was top notch. Thanks again!

Wonderful week with family!

My husband, children and grandchildren spent the week at 4 High Rigger. The house was plenty big for all 11 of us!! We were within close proximity to the beach which is a plus with 3 toddlers! The amenities were great and the home was just as it was described online. The property manager answered all my questions promptly! Would definitely recommend this home!

Our family loved the large pool. The arrangement of the house was perfect for our family. The local manage person, Beth, was very responsive to some minor problems. Would definitely stay here again except we need 7 bedrooms for our complete family of 12.

Family Time

This house was perfect for our family gathering. The house was clean and everything was as advertised. The bedrooms were large and great for our young families. We enjoyed having the large dining table and the pool. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue crop up. We would like to stay here again.

Couldn't have been better

Perfect location, great size, the 2 living areas nade it perfect for kids and adults. Easy short walk to beach and use of beach chairs was great not having to pack that extra stuff. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Highly recommend

This lovely home gave us plenty of space for our extended family vacation. The open concept with living / dining / kitchen area was really nice so we could all be together around meal times & evenings. We enjoyed the beach decor also. Fairly short & easy walk to beach. Nice pool & patio area too. Overall wonderful home.

The house was great! No complaints with the property! My only wish is that there would have been a beach path behind the 1st row of houses. To access the path closest to this house, you had to walk in leaves, etc. between 2 houses. My niece got bitten by a copperhead snake at one visit to the island…we don t walk through leaves, etc when we can’t see what is there. So, we usually walked down to the road to access another paved beach path. We actually did see a snake on this path one day this week, but since it was a clear, paved path, we could see and avoid it.

Family vacation

This is the second year we have stayed at 4 High Rigger. We love it!! It fits our needs with our kids and grandkids. We had 14 people for the week. Family Beach Vacation

The home is very nice. Great location close to the beach. Very nice layout for a larger group with children as the main family areas are away from the bedrooms allowing the little ones to nap without being disturbed. Lots of beach equipment there to use. Home owner responded quickly to a couple of issues. Would recommend, particularly if your group has small children.
