"Enhance your stay with optional pool heating for $300 per week plus tax—request it at least 24–48 hours in advance for optimal comfort. Our electric heat pump warms the water gradually (aiming for 80–85°F) and works best in milder weather; it may not reach full temps during cooler spells below 50°F."

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
