This stair-free villa features a bright, open-concept floor plan, a peaceful sunroom, and beautiful views overlooking the lagoon and adjacent golf course.

The villa has recently been updated with several new improvements, including a remodeled kitchen with freshly painted cabinetry, quartz countertops, and new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. The primary bathroom has also been completely renovated, featuring a walk-in shower, a new vanity, updated lighting, and LVP flooring, creating a fresh, modern feel throughout the home. New pictures to come once renovations are completed.

The spacious living area is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV, with easy access to the bright sunroom. This additional living space offers comfortable seating and is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee while enjoying tranquil lagoon views and watching golfers tee off nearby. During your stay, guests can also enjoy complimentary access to the on-site tennis court and putting green.

Nice Time on HH

Great place to stay! Easy walk to beach. They had some golf clubs we used on the putting green. Tennis racquets too! Comfortable for two older ladies to reconnect and enjoy the island.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only had time for a partial stay and VacationTime was welcoming and accommodated. I had a great stay and we enjoyed our villa. Clean, well-lit, close to the ocean gate of sea pines for easy access. Short 7-minute walk to the beach. Would stay again!
