Wonderful remodel on 13 Hilton Head Beach Club Villas. Granite Counter tops, tile back splash, open kitchen, tile floors, new furniture, nice flat screen TVs and only minutes to Hilton Head Beaches. Bike paths, shops, restaurants are only around the corner from Hilton Head Beach Club. One great location for you to enjoy your vacation. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.

Condo sleeps six people with king bed in the master suite, new vanities in the master bath, queen bed and twin bed in the guest room with an updated bathroom also. The couch in the living room folds out for guests so six people can sleep comfortably. The patios on the front and back of the town home are wonderful to relax at the end of the day in the shade after being on the beach. Community pool is close by to cool off in. Only one car pass per stay for this property. Home owners Association only allows one car pass for a two bedroom condo. There is no additional parking at this complex.

Great location.

Great vacation home. Loved the proximity to the beach. Nicely tucked away but close enough to everthing. The unit is nicely decorated and we had just about everything we needed to feel like home.

2 bed 2 bath blocks from the beach.

Condo is adequate, nothing was broken, damaged or dirty. Everything was very much like the pictures. There was one couch and 2 wicker chairs (no back cushions) and my kids ended up laying on the.floor most of the time if we watched a movie together. Lots of construction going on down the street from the condo so basically a dirt road to get there and the.pool was not operable until Wednesday (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue closed) this is not the fault of the.property management, but still one of the main reasons we picked this place. Close to the beach (10 min walk) and Coligny Plaza (shopping, restaurants). Property management doesn't use VRBO app and rental agreement got lost in spam folder, finally located it on the day we left for HH. You have to go by their office to get keys when their is a lock box on the unit. Everything was as stated and nothing went wrong, just wasn't excellent. The Hilton Vacations or whoever managed the property basically throw a few run of the mill Hilton Head brochures in the packet at check-in. No directions on how to get to the beach (the closest rout, we found on the last day) or where to take garbage. 2 garbage bags for entire week. No local restaurant recommendations (brochures) no local intelligence. All in all it was just OK.

Nice clean condo, convenient location to beach, shops, & restaurants. Comfortable master bed. Tight master bath but workable. Bring a hair dryer as the unit didn't offer one. Would recommend!
