Another Great HHI Vacation

We found the condo to be very clean and inviting. Furnishings were all in good condition and surroundings were quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day. Traffic was minimal. Will definitely return to this condo and recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful South Beach Condo Near Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Mark’s South Beach Condo. The condo is very well equipped and so comfortable. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the Salty Dog. We enjoyed using the South Beach pool which is just next door. We love riding bikes in Sea Pines and shopping on the Island. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation! We will definitely stay at Mark’s Condo again soon!

One time visit

Good location but we had issues with the main bed. Bed sinks and both my wife and I left with aching backs. Roach issues during our stay so not somewhere we’d stay again.

Bluff Villas are old. We stayed there 50 years ago when we first came to Hilton Head. Everything needs to be updated: the plumbing, the electric system, the heating and cooling. If owners have redone their villas, things are better, but if not you are stuck with 55 year old utilities. Kitchen was very small and the owner has filled the cabinets with with unnecessary multiples, like 4 strainers, variety of pots and pans and other baking pans. There was no space for our own groceries, so things had to sit on the counter tops. Made everything very cluttered. Being on the ground floor was nice, although Bluff buildings have stairs. Loved the temperature controlled showers.

Comfortable, squeaky clean, well appointed, great location

Husband and I stayed here for the long Labor Day weekend with our daughter and her boyfriend. Superb little condo that has more upgrades than your typical rental. Property company offered an easy leasing and check in process, and left us a nice little gift that we discovered on arrival. Super quiet and right next to South Beach marina and all the lovely beach access points we've come to love over the years. Very enjoyable, including watching a gentle rain from under the covered porch.

Hilton Head South Beach

Very clean ground floor unit with walk out back patio. Unit is exactly like the photos and description. Comes with parking pass. Everything worked properly. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. The only slightly negative is the shower water pressure which is low but functional. Quick responses from the property management company upon check in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location and communication with management company. Very nice welcome gift upon arrival. The unit had all of the necessities and plenty of towels and paper products. The air conditioning unit absolutely needs to be replaced. It turned on and off too frequently and the bedrooms never really got that cool. There was a big temperature difference between the main living space and the bedrooms. Renters are told to not touch the thermostat or it may shutdown the unit. Overall, the rental experience was great. Would have just liked to be a bit cooler in this summer heat.

Weather was awesome and our stay was exactly what we needed! The beach is a short walk but quite narrow. We drove to the east side of the Island for shell hunting. Overall the villa was very nice and had everything we wanted!

Perfect location

A great location for families not wanting to travel everywhere by car. The beach, marina, stores, playground, restaurants and pool all within walking distance.

Great vacation

The villa was exactly as advertised and our family had a fantastic vacation! We are a family of four and had plenty of space. The twin beds were pretty small but worked well for the kids. The master bedroom was very large and had a nice King bed. Internet worked great and A/C kept the unit cool. The beach access point was less than a 5 minute walk and the pool that you could pay to use was very close as well. The house was fully stocked with all necessary essentials and the check in process was very smooth. We would definitely go back!
