Just steps to the beautiful, semi-private beach, and walking distance or a short bike ride to the restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza, 18 Pelican St. offers the perfect HIlton Head vacation spot.. Situated on a large private lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is plenty of room for your party to spread out. The fenced in rear yard features a 12x24 saltwater pool (can be heated October-April for a fee) with a tanning ledge, lounge chairs, dining table, gas grill, and lush landscaping that offers partial shade. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, all on one level. The primary features an en-suite bath, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill bath, and a powder room that is accessed from the hallway.
The open kitchen / dining area has seating for 12, plenty of pantry space, and is well equipped for feeding a crowd. The living area, with brand new furnishings, is spacious and comfortable. Access the pool from the bright and cheery sunroom, which features a futon sleeper, and washer/dryer access as well.
Bonus is the detached garage which houses ping pong and foosball tables, and all the beach equipment and toys. And above, is the 4th bedroom, with 2 twin beds and a king, along with an en-suite full bath, providing plenty of flexible sleeping space.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Family vacation

We loved this house! It was the perfect size for 8 adults and 4 children. We loved the heated pool and the space to have meals in the kitchen/sun room. There is a nice space in the garage to hang out and play games. Since the weather was nice, we were able to walk about 20 mins to local restaurants. The beach is just a short doable walk for even young kids! Would love to visit again and would definitely re-book this house!

Perfect!

Location, location, location. This house was a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, and a grocery store. There is also a bike path that takes you right into town if walking is not your thing. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the fire pit a few times on the cooler days. The beach chair were comfy to sit in on the beach. I will book this house for next years trip!

This property was perfect for us! Betsy was very friendly and responsive. Our favorite parts of the property were the pool, proximity to the beach, and the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. It was also fantastic that the property provides beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a trolly, and a tent, as well as pool toys and inflatables.

Great kid friendly property!

We loved our stay at the house! Close walk to beach and wonderful amenities and entertainment for kids! Only suggestion would be we ran out of basic items that we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags etc. But no complaints, Betsy was extremely responsive and we absolutely had a wonderful vacation! Great neighborhood, nice house. We enjoyed the pool. Furnishings could use updating and cookware should be replaced. It would have been helpful to know we needed to provide toilet tissue and garbage bags. It also would have been good to know one bedroom for 4 is in a detached part of the house.

Great Location

The ideal location! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. Plenty of room for parking. Huge living area with seating for 8 and dining space for 12. Plenty of space for multiple families or friends. House was well maintained and clean. Kids loved the heated pool and the games in the garage.

Perfect for large family.

We came down for a Marine Corp graduation and all wanted to stay together, this house was perfect. Loved the room above the garage for families to separate, nice big dining area for everyone to eat together. Very short walk to a clean, uncrowded beach. Great Vacation House

This property was great for our family. The house was well kept and well stocked. We were there when a hurricane hit and there was a lot of debris around afterwards. The host was kind and checked on us and worked with her pool and yard companies to get the property cleaned up prompty. We would be happy to stay here again.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time at the beach! The house is beautiful and had enough space for our group of 11. We loved the pool and ping pong table but the best part was the secluded beach just a short walk away. We did come shortly after a tropical storm but Betsy was great at communicating and getting the property cleaned up while we were there.

A great stay on a quiet street

Although cut short by the Tropical Storm, our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely go back. The pool was great, the house very clean and plenty large enough, well stocked and at the end of a short cul de sac with easy beach access two blocks away. The owners communicated well helped us out when we needed to talk to them. Would recommend renting bikes as the center of Town is a little ways away - not bad but much easier on a bike.

Perfect Family Vacation Location

The property at N Forest Beach was perfect for our family vacation. The house was a short walk to the beautiful, semi private beach, which was never crowded. We all enjoyed the swimming pool after a day at the beach. The house was nicely decorated with plenty of space. The location was very convenient for restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. Fun Family Vacation

We had 10 adults and 3 children. The space was great for us. The home is well-stocked (we cooked most of our meals). My adult kids loved the ping pong and foosball tables. The pool was well-used after long days on the beach. We all agreed the distance to the beach was great. Neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of Coligny shopping area. The host was very responsive when needed. We had a Great week!
