Wonderful family vacation

We had a great stay with our 2 young kids. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants, and having the pool to jump into to cool off was a huge perk. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect and convenient for our quick stay!

Super clean, well-kept, and good size for our group of 5... and very convenient location to beach and Coligny. Great communication with owner. PacMan was a hit! Beautiful photography throughout, too!

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful stay. Location was wonderful. The beach gear available for use was much appreciated by my kids. 10/10 would stay here again if my family and I visit Hilton Head in the future.

Adorable Condo/Great location

The decor was so cute and the walkability to restaurants and the beach in the Coligny area can't be beat. I didn't get a chance to play Pacman, but kids would probably love it! Shower was nice and I appreciated the shampoo etc. I'd stay again for sure.

Great property and location. Chaz was easy to work with and gave great instructions. Loved the beach chairs and buggy to use to the beach. Easy to walk everywhere from the Condo, great grocery store, bars & restaurants close by. Very comfortable. We will be back.

Great Location! Brand new remodel! Ultra clean

What else can I add, title says it all! perfect spot for father/son getaway! You can walk to beach, shopping, food. Great value only 2 blocks from the sand. We will favorite this place and come back next year!

Great location!

My wife and I were very pleased with the condo! Everything was very clean, neat, and organized! The location was even better, with a short walk to everything including the beach! This was definitely a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect location to maximize your vacation!

This cozy condo was a great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, shops and entertainment! The attention to detail modernizing the condo provided updates that were tasteful with the guests in mind. Chaz is an amazing host who aims to please! He stayed in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. The convenient location and great hospitality makes this unit a winner!

Beautiful property close to beach!

This was the perfect property for my husband and I to stay a few days in Hilton Head! We wanted something close to the beach that was updated and had everything we need to make meals at the house here and there if we wanted to. The property is well stocked with anything you need and there’s tons of thoughtful touches (like Pacman)! We love grabbing a coffee in the morning and sitting outside after we make breakfast, so the outdoor dining was perfect for that. Host was very knowledgeable of surrounding areas and gave us some great recommendations for our stay. Highly recommend heading to one of the nearby beaches for a stunning sunset while you’re here! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect HHI Stay

Beautiful stay and perfect location for a week or weekend in Hilton head. House was perfectly stocked with everything we would need. We didn’t rent a car so it was great to have the beach so close by. Host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place near tons of things to do. We’ll be back for sure!

We loved it!!

Wow! This place had everything little thing we needed during our stay! We were thrilled to be in walking distance to the beach, shops, grocery store, restaurants; we never had to get back in the car! So clean and modern, we loved the beachy vibe and great decor, while also having a super modern and updated kitchen that was fully stocked with anything you'd need. Beds were comfy, bathroom super clean, great living space. Thanks Chaz for the making us feel so welcome! We will definitely come back and stay here this summer!
