Fabulous choice for your getaway!

First of all, the property manager was superb throughout the process. He was always available and responsive. The home was clean and spacious so our grown children could each have their own room and bathroom. The family room provided seating for all when we hung out. The kitchen allowed for 3 of us to cook. Absolutely loved having 2 refrigerators and double oven!! There is more than enough table seating. We had a minute walk to the beach. The pool/deck are fine but the surrounding tree droppings made it somewhat hard to enjoy except on the day of cleaning.

Family Vacation 24

This property was perfect for our family. We had six adults and four children under the age of 10. We found the inside of the home very roomy and very accommodating for all of our needs. We enjoyed the extra large table to work puzzles and to do crafts on. We loved the bench/bar at the back of the couch,so that the kids could watch TV and have a snack. The oversized master was a treat. We were concerned about the privacy of the pool before arriving, however that was not a concern at all during our stay. Having a private pool, as well as a very short walk to the beach was perfect. The only thing that could have make the house more perfect for our family is if it there had been one more king size bed instead of the full size. We enjoyed one evening of utilizing the grill, which was left for us clean and ready to use. We loved having the extra refrigerator for all of our drinks. The property management was amazing. They very quickly responded to any request or concern we had and made sure it was resolved. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 30 years. And Sea Pines has become our favorite location over the years. And this house is among one of our top choices. We would definitely consider this home for our next vacation.
