Disappointed that there was not a 1/2 bath on the main floor . Way too many stairs to get to a bathroom.This floor plan was not the best for small children or older adults . AC was locked and it required a code to change the temperature. The inside temperature was hit on arrival.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

The villa was great. We loved the accommodations and the location. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we need to make some meals. We had a gas grill that was a great addition. The villa was very clean. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The property was well maintained and clean. We love the location and over all for a small kitchen, there were many items, we did not have a blender, but were brought one, also did not have a mixer or even whisk.. for those coming. For those who have an issue with stairs, this is not the place for you. A flight to the kitchen/living area, another two to the next level 2 bedrooms, and yet another 2 flights to the master suite upstairs. Not a quiet trip when you get up earlier than everyone and want to be considerate, also, you don't want to forget anything once you leave, it is a haul back up :) Overall, we enjoyed it, and the rental agency left a bag of goodies and were easy to communicate with. Great unit!

Great Getaway

We loved this property for our trip to Hilton Head. The location was perfect to walk to the beach, shopping, and dinner. There was plenty of space for everyone. We really loved the fact that beach towels, dish detergent, and washing machine detergent were all provided. The floors were ideal for the sand and having a space at the entry to leave our stuff and then just sweep out was great. We will certainly stay again and highly recommend. Thank you!
