Step into an extraordinary coastal haven, where beachside elegance meets modern sophistication. This custom-built home, completed in 2020, is the perfect place to host multiple families for that fun-filled Hilton Head Island beach vacation!

3 Driftwood Lane is just 3 rows to the ocean and offers five bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. One half bath is just off the entry way, and the other is conveniently located pool side! The main level of the home has beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

The living area offers plenty of seating with two white sofas, two armchairs and 85" SMART TV mounted over the fireplace. Just behind the living room is the fully equipped kitchen featuring a large island with 4 barstools, gas range and sub-zero refrigerator. The dining area off the kitchen has a round dark wood table with six chairs. The spacious laundry room is also located on the main floor and has a front loading washer and dryer. There is also a private office/workspace in case you need a quiet place to work while on vacation!

Off the left of the foyer is the master bedroom with king bed, 65" SMART TV, armchair, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The master bathroom offers a double vanity with granite counter-tops, large walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the remaining four bedrooms and bathrooms. The first room is the second master bedroom with king bed, 32" SMART TV and private bathroom featuring granite counter-tops and walk-in shower. There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, each with a king bed and 32' SMART TV. The final guest room will have two double beds, 32" SMART TV and shares a bathroom with one of the king bedrooms.

Head outside to the pool deck and you will find an amazing living space where you are sure to spend most of your time! The pool deck offers plenty of space for the entire family to hang out. There is a covered porch with built in kitchen featuring a stainless steel gas grill, picnic table for outdoor dining, mounted 55" SMART TV and a half bath.

3 Driftwood Lane is located on a private street consisting of only 9 homes. There is a private/coded beach access less than 100 yards away! Making priceless family memories starts here!!

Driftwood Lane is just a short bike ride away from Coligny Plaza (60+ shops/restaurants and a grocery store). Be sure to visit the Lowcountry Celebration Park, which is just minutes away. This new, 10-acre park features the Adventure Playground, complete with a ship and a wading pool is a great way to entertain your children.
