A great family gathering place

Great house great location my only complaint would be with the property management. There was an info folder to get information I left message and text did not get an answer.Ended up getting our questions answered by the neighborhood association president

there was a change of management right when we got there, limited communication, no wifi for a couple days (which effected work) and the heater did not work all week- we have 6 kids that did no use the pool bc it was freezing - very disappointed

Wonderful house and location!

This house was just what we were wanting for our annual family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms and a lot of extra space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need for a great stay. Check in was easy, and it's a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that the island offers. We had a couple minor issues, but Ken took care of them very quickly. We look forward to coming back.

Family Friends Vacation

The overall stay was great and perfect for our group of 11. The master suite upstairs is perfect for families with kids to all be together. It’s spacious and provides you the privacy that you need to just step away and relax. everyone in our group had their own room and most had their own bathroom. A few tips that might be helpful for future guests are: You will need to buy more paper towels and toilet paper and the hand soap is watered down and not true hand soap. In the off-season, it does cost extra to use the heated pool, which is kind of misleading from the main page and you have to pay to use the elevator, which wasn’t an issue for us just noting it. Overall, I would recommend this Vrbo to other families and groups.

Great hosts and great house!

We had a crew of 17 that stayed for Labor Day weekend. there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and living space were great for a group of this size. The downstairs pool was nice and the walk to the beach wasn't too far. Highly recommend this property for large groups!

Great Beach House

Location was great. The walk to the beach was easy. The golf cart shuttle for those who didn't want to walk worked out great. The house was well stocked and plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful home perfect for large family gathering

We stayed here with our extended family- adults, teens and young kids. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to Singleton Beach (10-15 minutes on foot). The shuttle to the beach was great and the drivers were always quick to respond and friendly. Singleton is a quieter beach with a short walk over a sandy dune so it can be difficult to get a lot of stuff there but it was worth it for the quieter scene. There is also a community park across the street with basketball and tennis courts, trails, and a playground. The house is well stocked and clean. Lots of space to enjoy inside and out whether you want to be together or have some quiet time to yourself. There are plenty of towels and pool towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The host company was always very responsive and helpful. They responded quickly to all questions and even provided ice when there was no working ice makers in the house. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed this home and this area.

HHI Family Vacation 2024

Our stay was wonderful! We had so much room. The house is beautiful and the location is great ! The golf cart shuttle to the beach is perfect! Our property manager was the best ! She and her dad actually came out the first night to get one of the TV’s going for us ! Couldn’t have ask for a better all around experience!! Hope to stay there next year ! 🏖️❤️

Great House and host!

The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space to spread out yet be together. There were a few minor issues that Elise responded quickly to and corrected. Getting to the beach with a large group was a bit of a challenge, but the shuttle worked well. Overall, it is a great house in a good location.

Fantastic and just as described!

This home was perfect for multiple families to come together to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. There were plenty of beds and enough space for everyone to spread out. The top level bunk room was perfect for kids and well thought out to give them their own space. It was cold so we didn't use the pool but it is a great area and I'd like to come back in the warmer months so enjoy. Overall this was a great house, easy location with nearby amenities. Safe neighborhood too. I was happy with this home and Ken had great communication even as we entered later and needed a code he was readily available. A++

Wonderful house!

This house was beautiful. It was well stocked with all of the essentials and we truly enjoyed our stay! We had one minor issue at check in and Ken promptly addressed it and even stopped by himself to ensure it had been resolved. Would highly recommend this property, especially for a multi-family vacation. It is super spacious. The shuttle to the beach was perfect and made getting there quick and simple.

Family trip

Booked a week at this property to spend time with extended family in Hilton Head. The house was plenty big to accommodate all 16 of us, which included adults and children. The large kitchen meant we could all spend time together, but ample bedrooms and bathrooms meant we could also have privacy when needed. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed room. Everything worked properly and no major repair items were noted. The house was clean, however it does need some freshening up, with the paint looking tired and some minor water spots on ceilings. The very minimum number of bath towels were offered, so be prepared to do laundry. As well, there are not enough beach towels to accommodate everyone, so bring more. Unfortunately, residents in this neighborhood cannot access the nearby boardwalk to the beach, which adjoins the next door Hilton hotel. The hotel has the boardwalk property gated off. However, a short bike ride to Singleton Beach means you can easily access a great beach area that is not crowded. The house is very conveniently located near shopping and grocery stores too. A lot of interesting things to do are within a 15 drive from the property. Bicycle paths are nearby as well.

Family Reunion

We had a great time in this home. There were 20 in our group and everyone felt there was plenty of space in the house. The kids room upstairs with the bunk beds was a big hit. The downstairs deck area was also a great space for family to sit around chat and relax. We would definitely come back!

Really appreciated Mr. Butler communicating even when the VRBO app became ridiculous, not reflecting payments made, deposits etc. He is always so kind and accommodating .This is the second year renting this unit.

Family Birthday Celebration

Our family had a wonderful week at this property. The few issues we had were promptly addressed by Ken, our host property manager. He even stopped over to get an issue resolved on Easter Sunday morning. The kids loved the bunk room & the pool as well as the short walk to a beautiful beach. Perfect House for Large Group

For a large group of golfers, this is exactly what we needed for a group of 12 guys. The house was near the beach, golf courses and local dining and provided all the amenities and more you could possibly need while on vacation. Ken, the property manager provided excellent communication throughout our stay and the house matched the description perfectly. We will definitely rent here again!

Great Property For a Large Family

We had a large family group (parents + 4 children & grandchildren's families) in town for a family wedding. This property was perfect. Clean, spacious, LOTS of beds, well-equipped, nice eating/living room/kitchen layout on 1st floor - plus the elevator was a real plus with a couple of elderly parental units - one recovering from a recent broken foot! Thank you so much for providing a pleasant 'home' for our stay in the area.
