Beautiful condo

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean place , great view and very quiet and nice. House as everything we needed and spacious. Very close and short walk to the beach , The only problem is that there is no ramp access to the beach so we had difficulty getting our beach gears through stairs especially with kids but otherwise was wonderful!

Amazing location and perfect for a couple vacation

For almost 40 years, I have come to Hilton Head every summer because I absolutely love the island- it's like no other I have ever visited. This year was a bit different as my husband and I decided to vacation by ourselves, since my immediate family could not vacation with us this year. I wanted to stay in Sea Pines, in a nice location that was small for just a couple and Beachside Tennis fit the bill. The condo was for the most part quiet at night, and the ocean view was spectacular to wake up to every day. The condo building is minutes away from the beach, and in an area that is full of wildlife- deer, dolphins and beautiful birds. This was my first time staying near South Beach, and the location is now one of my favorites. You are walking distance from the Salty Dog and South Beach shops where you can grab a quick bite to eat, or shop a bit. The condo itself was clean and lovely furnished with comfortable beds, a wonderful shower and balcony decks adjoining both bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked as well for cooking simple meals. My only gripe is that check in was confusing, mainly how to work the lock. The instructions given on the tag on the doorknob were inaccurate. Also, the pool code was different than the one that was given. However, this was a small hiccup during the stay. I just wish there was better communication on how to work the lock at check-in.

Tranquility personified!

We have stayed at Beachside Tennis previously but had not been back since 2008. Our stay was wonderful and everything about our stay from booking, communication, check in process and description of the property was seamless. We enjoyed our stay very much. All amenities for cooking, towels and chairs for the beach were provided. The Pickleball courts just down the street from the property were also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Great view!

Beautiful place, very clean, well kept. The views were awesome, nice balconies, overlooked the pool but noise never bothered us at all. We loved the layout of the place and had everything we needed for a great week. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Views

We had a great experience with the hosts - communication was wonderful and we appreciated the extra touches like the gift basket and laundry detergent. The building is quiet and located very conveniently to South Beach Marina, bike trials, and easy beach access. We loved seeing the wildlife, including dolphins. Very restful stay - we would come again!

Great location our family trip!

Great experience! The host made it super easy to get to and from the property with parking instructions/pass. Quiet, family friendly beach - great for walking but still close to amenities just across the street. House was very clean - we did have to child-proof a few things but we did that so they wouldn’t get broken! Loved the provided towels; so helpful! Sunset is just outside this unit & made out evenings extra special. All family members enjoyed our time here!

Great location and gorgeous views

Great location! We had never been to HHI and this was such a great place to visit. We watched a pod of dolphins right outside our window! Across the street were bike rentals and the Salty Dog Cafe. Great family trip.

Great beach location!

We had a great time at this property! It has an excellent view at the south end of Hilton Head. We saw lots of dolphins and the sunset was beautiful. It is very close to the Salty Dog and not far from the harbor with the lighthouse. The kids loved the pool and the beach that wasn't crowded. The condo is spacious, clean, and well decorated. Overall a great trip! We would stay there again.

Better than we ever imagined!!

This condo really is amazing. The location simply can't be beat - you're on the southern tip of the island and the widlife is incredible. I saw other reviews mention dolphins and hoped to see them. Well, we saw them more time than I can count! So many dolphins, then add on pelicans, ospreys, hermit crabs, sand crabs, starfish (tons and tons of starfish!), and even an alligator while driving back from the stables. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the family room and space for the kids to stretch out and play. Those large windows were amazing - you can't beat those southern sunsets! The buildings where this condo is happens to be in a great place. You're steps away from Salty Dog but the beach was never even remotely crowded and the pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy. It's definitely a family-vibe sort of place so we fit right in with the early risers and even earlier to bed folks. The double porches were wonderful and we spent ample time on both watching the world go by. The kitchen was decently stocked but we got done what we needed to do. I would highly suggest sharpening all the knives - they're dangerously dull but that honestly is my only (minimal) complaint. Check in was nice - we were able to get in a few hours early which was fantastic.......except the code we were given didn't work. Luckily a quick call got that all straighened out and we got right in...........where we realized the fridge was leaking. Another quick call and a pair of repair workers were there within the hour. The icemaker never worked the entire week we were there, but it didn't bother us as the freezer still worked just fine. This was our second trip to HHI and first time in Sea Pines/South Beach but it definitely won't be our last. We hope to make it back to this exact same condo next year. Thanks so much for sharing it!

Quiet and Relaxing

We traveled here May 22-27 and it was outstanding. Quiet, beach was not crowded, condo was clean, pool was clean, beach access was easy, short walk to the Salty Dog. Awesome…we will rent here again.

Would stay again

We loved our stay. Location was great for access to the pool and beach with views from both balconies. It's also just across from the Salty dog which is convenient. The unit itself was clean and well equipped with everything we needed although we didn't cook. The only con is the master shower is in need of an update. It was "cleaned" but needed a new door as it was rusty and stained as well as the grout in and around the shower. Again it was cleaned but without replacement that stuff will not go away. Overwise I had no complaints and would stay again.

Great location

We love South Beach and have stayed at several condos in this complex. This is one of the more updated units we've rented. Be mindful that the paperwork you receive will say checkout is at 11am, but it's actually 10am. Just keep that in mind when making plans for the morning of departure. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely getaway

We loved Beachside Tennis. Beautiful views and wildlife. Communication was on/off before our stay. Some emails were responded to, others not. A few things didn't work - jacuzzi jets (disappointing). Overall very happy with location and condo.
