This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was an easy walk to the plaza for restaurants and shops, and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was very nice to relax in as well. When we did reach out to the host, the responses were very quick and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels. TV was a little difficult to figure out with no instructions.But the younger generation figured it out:) I would definitely stay here again.

Great trip!

Our first time visiting Hilton Head as a family did not disappoint! We loved the house, the yard, the pool and the proximity to the beach. Honestly, it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful beach getaway!

Our family loved our stay at this beach house. The location on HHI could not be beat, literally steps to the beach and centrally located to anything we wanted. Great house, well stocked with all necessary provisions, we hope to return soon for another stay!

Things expected and things not

Upon arrival good location and very nice. Entry through side door key pad deadbolt with no keys to find or loose..just combination. Clean and very comfortable furniture along with small 5ft deep pool and remote control adjoining hot tub. What might be unexpected was rolls of toilet paper available in the 2 bathrooms, paper towels in the kitchen, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies, coffee with filters, some cooking oils etc., all the cups,glasses,plates, pots,pans and utensils you could imagine including dishwasher pods to clean them in the dishwasher. This however leads to one of my complaints...all of the kitchen base and wall cabinets were filled with these kitchen arsenal leaving not any space or place to put your bags of food I brought to cook and eat,except for the refrigerator freezer. There were also beach towels to use if you liked...just wash and return to laundry room shelf where you found them. It seems the idea was to make this house like a hotel would accommodate you and this was accomplished in as much as there were toiletry bags for the bathrooms with shampoo, soap, conditioner, cream you get the picture. There were a few things that should have been taken care of or noticed and told to agency by the cleaning crew that comes in after your stay...shower curtain rod in master bath isn't mounted, keeps falling, Divertor control valve doesn't work properly, needs replaced, toilet in other main bathroom runs 24/7 needs new flap assembly, ants on patio pavers at the hot tub and poolside privacy fence on side street is not private for tub and pool and of course no where to put your groceries except the counter and floor. The only other thing I really wasn't too keen on was the accessibility of the side door/gate into the poolside and property which could not be locked which means anyone can come into you private domain anytime they want and if all your sliding doors and pad side Entry doors aren't locked you could be invaded not to mention they would be able to look into all the available windows with no curtains. I realize that the pool guys, cleaning crew must be allowed but they could have another way in for them only. Over all though I would rate over a 4.

2022 Vacation

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and a nice layout and also just a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and loved having the pool and hot tub.

HHI 2022

The location was great! Very close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house had everything we needed with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. The pool was a great feature after a long hot day at the beach. The management company checked in several times throughout the week to make sure our stay was comfortable which was very much appreciated. We will definitely come back!!

Can't beat the location

We had a great stay with 6 adults and 2 small dogs. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice to have, adding the heat was a good choice for us. The best part was the location! Very short walk to a beautiful beach, but still a nice quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to shops/restaurants/entertainment. Would stay again!

Amazing location, very much enjoyed!

When we arrived our house was still being cleaned so we didn’t get checked in until after 4:00 which wasn’t a huge deal. Upon entering the house it was beautifully open and spacious. I’ve come to realize that my cleanliness standards are apparently a bit too high. The house wasn’t “dirty” per say, however in my opinion the kitchen cupboards shouldn’t have dirty prints and drips of food left on them. However since this has happened to us in the past at other rentals I came prepared with my own cleaning products. So I cleaned all the cabinets and all surfaces before using them. The couch/loveseat could be replaced as they’re kinda tired. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay aside from those few things that occurred. The pool was amazing and paying for the pool heat was worth every single penny! We had a few pretty windy days so if you are OCD, be prepared to clean the pool ALOT. The trees dropped lots of fun in it lol. The pool cleaners were punctual and did a great job cleaning it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, just be prepared to do a little cleaning when you arrive which I think is normal for most rentals. The bed was firm, but really comfortable. This was our second time to Hilton head and we had the best vacation and will be returning! Also the yard was amazing for our dog, it had a lot of space for him to move around and enjoy his vacation as well!

Great hidden Gem

This was a great house. It was just far enough from the main roads that it was nice and quiet but still close enough to have a stroll or a quick ride to get where you needed. Management called twice to make sure every was good and nothing was needed. Everything we needed was available at the house. It was a hidden gem in the area with a large fenced in backyard!

Great house steps from the beach!

Great location and property just rows back from a quiet section of the beach. We literally went back and forth from the beach to the beautiful pool and hot tub with our kids all day. Ordered grocery delivery and didn’t leave the beach or the house all week. Very attentive property managers. Great pool and hot tub, we paid for the heated option and weren’t disappointed. Would definitely return with more friends!

Perfect house for a perfect getaway!

We had a great time here with my daughter,son-in -law, and 16 month old granddaughter and my son and his fiancée with their dog. Our granddaughter loved zooming down the hallway and cruising around the open floor plan as well as exploring the fenced yard outside. There was plenty of room to spread out. The pool and spa were great- it was nice having the gorgeous trees to look up at while floating. It also made the pool shaded which is perfect after a day at the beach. The only drawback is since it was spring there were a lot of seeds and leaves blowing into the pool but we didn’t mind- the beautiful trees were worth the inconvenience! The location was perfect- 6 houses from the beach in a beautiful residential neighborhood , right near the bike path and a little over a mile from Coligny Plaza. The bike riding was so much fun and the beach was big and uncrowded- just what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!
