The links es una comunidad cerrada y tranquila en Port Royal Plantation. Nuestra villa es un condominio luminoso y cómodo de una sola planta que se encuentra en la curva de la séptima calle del campo de golf Barony. Estamos en la parte de atrás de los enlaces que ofrecen aislamiento y privacidad.

La sala de sol de Carolina y el dormitorio principal dan al campo de golf. El amplio dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con baño privado y vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, baño privado y un asiento junto a la ventana. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y está cerca del baño completo. Nuestra cocina está bien equipada y el lavadero cuenta con lavadora y secadora grandes.

Una parrilla de gas se encuentra en el patio exterior de lajas entre la villa y el garaje separado para dos autos. El patio es un excelente lugar para comer al aire libre. El garaje para dos autos tiene el carrito de golf para viajes a la playa, al tenis o al Westin Resort. Sillas de playa junto con la piscina y juguetes de playa se guardan en el garaje para su uso. La habitación familiar tiene un techo tipo catedral con TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, bar y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. La entrada de la puerta delantera sin llave le permite conducir directamente a la villa a su llegada.

La playa está a tres minutos en nuestro carrito de golf privado. El parque de la playa tiene un parque infantil y baños. The Links tiene una piscina comunitaria que está cerca de nuestra villa. Hilton Head tiene muchos senderos arbolados para caminar o andar en bicicleta. Nuestra villa ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar en un maravilloso lugar de vacaciones.

Estamos cerca de excelentes restaurantes, excelentes tiendas, tenis, a poca distancia del Westin Resort, cines y, por supuesto, Starbucks. Las excursiones de un día a Savannah y Charleston también son excelentes escapadas.

The property was just what the 5 of us needed for a 4-day stay for a wedding at the Westin. Clean, good accommodations, close proximity to a nice public beach. The golf cart was such a great bonus! Margie was very helpful with instructions.

Great time in Hilton Head

The property was clean, semi-secluded, well maintained, and stocked with everything we'd want. The beach was very close and easily reachable via the golf cart and bikes. We had a blast!

Amazing place and location!

We chose this townhouse because of the location and size, and neither disappointed! Margie’s house was even cuter than the pictures. It was super clean and we had lots of room to spread out. Our sons loved the variety of sports and beach equipment in the garage and the golf cart made getting to the beach quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful !!!

We have been traveling to HHI for the past 26 years and this rental was the best place we have ever rented while staying on the island . It was super clean, decorated so nicely and the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach was just awesome ! I am very hopeful I will be able to rent this same place each year !! We loved the peacefulness of the rental as well . ! Margie was just awesome to communicate with during the entire rental and stay process .! I am so thankful for such a great 2024 vacation week !! Thank you !!!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious! If we had any issues the property owner was accessible and responsive. The golf cart made getting to the beach extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying here and we would book again!

Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for the family. Close to the beach (having a golf cart was a nice add). The house was very clean and beautiful. If you are heading to HHI this is the place to stay!

Absolutely Perfect

This unit is perfect if you want privacy! Very clean as well. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 7 yo and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of room to move around and cook. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. (curtain liner in queen bedroom needs replacing) The golf cart and bikes were amazing to have! We forgot our beach toys but the garage closet was well stocked and lots of beach chairs. We loved this house and would definitely stay again! :)

Wonderful stay

This was our second year staying at this condo and it did not disappoint again. This year the master bath was upgraded which was very nice. I greatly appreciate rental properties that actually put money back into the property. This was our second vacation of the summer and it made me appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and the good condition of the appliances and cookware. I also didn’t feel like I needed to wash every dish before we used it. The rest of the condo was equally welcoming. The location is so perfect and quiet and private despite being in the middle of HHI. All around great stay and I hope to come back again.

The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family

A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. The provided golf cart is a plus in getting to and from the beach. Communication of information before and during our stay was exceptional! This place is a winner in many ways!

Perfect stay

We have stayed in this complex for years. Each unit is a little different, but they are all great. The condo was spotless, the service was great, it's close to the beach and there is a golf cart to get you there. Will definitely be back next time we go to HHI.

Quiet location on golf course

We stayed for a month at this property. Had a little trouble with TV and Margie responded immediately. The golf cart was a plus, and so was the beach wagon. Also our first time at port Royal plantation. Great location! We joined Hilton head recreation center….great place to exercise.

August Stay

The property is as described. As promised, I received the necessary codes (gate, front door, and bike locks) to gain access a day or two in advance of our arrival. When leaving the 89-degree, high humidity outside and entering the home, it was very refreshing as the AC was running and ceiling fans turning. The floors, bedding, bathrooms, towels, and dishes were fresh and clean. Having access to a BBQ grill, bikes and pool was very welcomed (the golf cart was out of commission during our stay). The foil kite was a great hit. The checkout process had minimal requests and was easier than most VRBO checkout requirements. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

Great condo!

We had a very good time at this condo. The location was great! The condo was on the end which made it feel away from any hustle and bustle, yet close enough for a nice walk to the beach. The golf cart was such a wonderful and useful addition! Everything to make your stay great was thought of. The condo itself was nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Poor management

Stayed here with my husband, 3 children, and parents. Nice property overall and in a quiet location. After unpacking cars and settling in discover AC is not working. Called manager and they sent someone out to check it out. Had to get a part and it was Sunday before memorial day so would not be resolved for at least 2 days. Manager offered to refund our money to move somewhere else. Properties that were found we couldn't check into the next day anyways and who wants to move everything back out and in somewhere new after traveling. I was then offered to stay at a hotel down the street until the ac was fixed and I would be reimbursed. After the ac was fixed and a few days after the hotel was charged to my credit card I had to contact the manager to see when I was getting my refund. That's when the stalling and lies came into play. Said she couldn't get ahold of all the owners yet to get the money and went back and forth for about 2 weeks before discoveringwhat was really going on. She told me they were not going to refund my money until after the review window closed because they didnt want a bad review. I didnt leave a review or contact vrbo to complain because i was afraid they would then deny me a refund. Well I guess they miscalculated the review window because I received the refund 3 weeks after my stay (which is when they thought it closed) and found out I could still leave a review. Really mad my refund was held almost 4 weeks after the charge on my credit card which accrued interest because they though they could avoid looking bad to their future guests!
