It's conveniently located (for my purposes) and has the amenities I need. (Well, a toaster would be nice.) The staff seemed to have little knowledge of how the TV worked and the channel guide they gave me must have been out of date.
This place was the perfect location, slightly away from all the chaos but close to the beach and dining options. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Will certainly stay here again in the future.

Clean comfortable rooms. Dining and activities within walking distance. Pool and patio area clean. Kids could play in pool with a lot of fun and toys.
I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past and never before had the problems I found this time. I was there for five nights and the elevator was malfunctioning or not working at all the whole time I was there. The wifi connection was terrible the whole time I was there, making it difficult for me to do a lot of online work I needed to do. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk on my first night and said that it would be helpful if there was at least a sign on the machine saying it was not working, I was told "There was a sign. Some kids must have taken it down." No sign was put up in the next four nights I was staying there. It's still a fairly nice place, but this time it didn't feel like management was on top of things.
We were put in a room by the elevator and heard banging noises all night. Very hard to sleep with all the noise

The room was horrible because it was full of mold and mildew. The front desk assured us that the humidifier in the room would take care of it but it was still very bad. Couldn’t sleep due to it and checked out as early as possible. Desk clerk made no apologies and was very defensive. Awful!!!
Good cost for location.
The hotel was old and needed updates very badly. The bath tub was rusty and the toilet didn’t look clean. I would not recommend it. The bed had clean linens and was comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was ok. The area was convenient. When i checked my account I realized they charged my card with a $100 security deposit. When I called, they said that was standard practice. I was told my account would be credited back but it would take 2 or 3 days for it to show up. Overall, I had a bad experience.
Person behind check in was extremely rude. Did not replenish grab and go on a consistent bases.
Property was close to everything. Friendly staff. Had problem with clogged drain but it was addressed quickly. Microwave wasn’t working in room so manager gave me a credit.
Clean, quiet and a fantastic price for the area. Front desk was lovely.
Dirty all over carpet was wet with humidity
Not a clean facility. No maid service. Pathetic breakfast assortment. Used Covid as excuse for no maids, no towels, a few pastries for breakfast.
It needs updating. It took some effort to get the key to the room to work and the host tried and had the same result. Loud.
It was fine. I've stayed there many times.

Very sorry, but just because you didn't get the answer you wanted, doesn't mean the staff is rude :-) Trying to check in at 11:10am (check out time) when your arrival is 4pm (but remember you were let in at 2:30 an hour and half early) and also asking for a 1st floor Double Queen when the hotel isn't built that way (they are all on the 3rd floor). You were also refunded for 2 nights of your 3 night (non refundable) stay after you were already in the room for 4 hours...And again sorry you didn't like your NEWLY REMODELED room (the 1st time the room was open this year, as a matter of fact). Have a nice day! :-)

As we discussed, it's not like flipping a switch- the elevator is a 17,000 repair pd for and part to arrive asap... not like I can go to Walmart and get another one :-) Didn't put a sign up because the ice machine is working... you have to pull down the lever to fill the bin :-)The wifi- I will check in to that but we are (as soon as our contract is over in a few months) leaving Hargray and going to Spectrum. :-) Thank you!

I was just clarifying that it is a DE-humidifier and that all the rooms have one as we are in between the inter-coastal and the beach and it is very humid here. Thank you!
There are 6 different guides to the TV. Sorry, we have so many channels now, it can be overwhelming.
