Terrific view, great accommodations, easy walk to Harbour Town!

Great 3 bedroom,3 bath condo overlooking the Calibogue Sound! Owner was outstanding to work with as we were able to adjust our time due to a family funeral. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Harbour Town!

Our family of 6 greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils, there were plenty of towels and lots of space for us to eat and rest in the evenings. We loved being walking distance from the lighthouse, restaurants and ice cream shop. We took the trolley to the beach every day and rode bikes to horse stables and South Beach. We appreciated having 4 beach chairs that we could take to the beach. Only complaint was that some areas could have been a bit cleaner (floors around and under furniture, some kitchen cabinets). We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Wonderful hostess. Very kind and responsive. This was my second time staying at this beautiful, spacious property. Unfortunately, tropical storm Debby had another idea so we had to check out earlier than planned. The hostess was very understanding and helpful in this process. Thank you.

First Timers

It was our first time in Hilton Head! The property is in the best location, the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely beautiful! We watched the boats come in and out of the harbor and golfers coming through. Condo was clean and spacious enough for all 5 of us. Kathy was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly! Will definitely recommend and stay here again on our next trip.

Outstanding Stay!

Our week was seamless! Kathy’s communication before, during and after our stay was outstanding! This villa was so clean, well equipped, nicely furnished and in a very walkable location to restaurants, Harbour Town Links, and great bike paths. My tennis teammates and I traveled from Massachusetts to participate in a National tennis tournament in Hilton Head. Of all the places we’ve traveled as a team, our condo in Sea Pines was the absolute best! We hope we can stay here next year for the same tournament

Wonderful property in great location.

Very nice property, big and roomy. They provided one of the best welcome packets I’ve ever received with directions on how to use everything, including pictures, plus restaurant recommendations, directions, etc. The condo also had a nice stock of supplies, including trash bags, TP, tissues, etc., which was much appreciated. The location and proximity to Harbor Town couldn’t be beat! Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Property with an Incredible View

I rented this villa for Christmas, and it was as magical as the season. A wonderful kitchen with all the amenities made cooking a breeze. We really enjoyed dining on the patio overlooking the 18th at Harbour Town, Calibogue Sound, and Daufuskie Island. This is one of those properties that is actually better in person than in photos. We'll definitely be back.

The best place we've ever stayed at.

The view from the lanai was spectacular. Always something intetesting to see....golfers on the 18th green of the Harbourtown course, boats coming into the harbor, beautiful sunsets. We loved being able to walk to the rockers at Harbourtown and the restaurants also. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and the location was perfect!

The Best!

Our second stay at this villa, and it is still outstanding . It is very spacious, clean and fully equipped. Location is wonderful! Large balcony looks out over the 18th green of HTGL, the Calibogue Sound, and boats in and out the marina. Five minutes or less walk to HTGL clubhouse, lighthouse, shops and restaurants. Kathy is a great host. She provides very detailed Information pertaining to the villa, parking, area information and always quick to respond to any questions.
