Wonderful beach escape

Beautiful condo steps from beach and pool. Great neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. We loved that each bedroom has its own balcony. Can’t wait to go back!

Love this condo BUT cleanliness counts!

We have stayed at this condo at least 4 to 5 years and we absolutely love the location and decor. This year the price increase was really high and we booked anyway because we love this specific condo. When we got there, we noticed Cheerios laying in the floor, cards from a kids game, stuffed underneath coffee table, crumbs in my daughters bedsheets when she got into bed the first night, receipts from previous occupants in our master bedroom, and food on some of the utensils in the drawer. With the amount of money we are charged for "cleaning" it was very upsetting that it was not cleaned well upon our arrival. This definitely affects our decision about rebooking. It has ALWAYS been very clean and was a surprise this time when it wasn't. We are hoping this doesn't reflect new management.

Spring Break

Great location. This condo is steps from the beach, and close to the General Store and bike rental. It is very clean. There is a quiet adult pool on one side, with a lively kids pool on the other side. New and clean grill area with 4 propane grills. It slept seven people 13 years and above very comfortably. There was even a bath tub for a relaxing bath. The washer and dryer were brand new. Also, the property management was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed this well maintained property. The only negative is that it isn’t ideally set up for cooking. I made spaghetti and there was no strainer, for example.

Worth the Trip!

We drove for two days to reach Hilton Head Island but it was definitely worth the trip. Once you get past a rather unfriendly looking front door you enter into a beautiful and welcoming vista. This spacious condo is very tastefully furnished and decorated. It includes many amenities and a spectacular ocean view. We would definitely consider renting again but would like to see some minor additions. A small writing desk is suggested and and improved dinnerware set would be appreciated.....

Perfect Location

We love the location of this unit. On the end, close to beach access. It only has 2 flights of stairs so you do not have to use the elevator. Parking is very close and the grilling/patio area is right by the unit. This is our second time renting this unit and I don't think it will be last!

Great location! Beautiful views. Easy access to beach. No waiting for elevators!!! Beautifully furnished!! Best stocked unit I have ever rented!!!! Beds were so comfortable. A+++++
