Outside the villa there is a garden and a yard, where one can also use the charcoal operated barbeque or play a ping pong game since a ping pong table is available. Before entering the house, there is an outdoor shower to welcome those who just returned from the beach. Further down is the pool area recently created from 2022 for your exclusive use and a lawn area with sunbeds for relaxation.

The first floor private entrance of the villa leads into 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom contains a wooden queen size double bed and a balcony with a direct view of the sea. There is also a 50'' smart TV set. Next to the master bedroom there is one more bedroom with 3 single beds where one of them can also be used as a double bed. The bathroom contains a bathtub and two washbasins as well as a clothes washing and drying machine.

Marble stairs lead the way from the first floor private entrance to the second floor sitting/dining room which is perfect for entertaining or just lounging around, while the latest modern appliances mean you won't miss anything from home. It is furnished and equipped with a 70 inch smart TV, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi. For your additional amusement there is also a soccer table available so you can enjoy a championship between friends or family members. This floor also contains a well-equipped, open plan kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee-maker and a toaster. There is also a small guest toilet in this floor and an astonishing terrace with a breathtaking view of the wonderful Cretan landscape which includes both the rough beauty of the rocky mountains with the great deep blue crystal clear waters of the sea combined in a sunny set up. The terrace can be enjoyed by using the garden furniture and a gas operated barbeque set.

Finally, marble stairs lead the way from the second floor to a really cute loft with an independent bedroom which contains a wooden double bed with a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A small office area is also included in this attic and a smart TV.
