The appartment is newly renovated and offers space for up to 4 people. Casa Efraim is centrally located in the lower village of Hermigua and is an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities.
A large terrace, a large balcony, a large eat-in kitchen with open living area and two bedrooms with two single beds each offer plenty of space to feel comfortable.

There is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate neighbourhood. The supermarket is also open on Sunday mornings.
The house does not have a private parking space. However, there are plenty of public parking spaces in the neighbourhood.
