Recently renovated, tastefully decorated, really bright and very spacious apartment, right in the heart of the city center, offering easy access to all places of interest and a sea-view. It's ideally located at one of the most sought-after pedestrian streets,30 meters from the sea-front, and less than 300 meters from the main square of the city, making it a great choice for those who wish to enjoy all aspects of Heraklion (nightlife, restaurants, museums, places of interest are all within walking distance) while coming home to a tranquil and relaxing environment. Part of a privately owned and very secure building (in a very secure area), the apartment has been designed to offer a comfortable home away from home. It's a non-smoking (smoking is allowed at outside spaces only) and environmentally friendly property (we have invested in solar panels and invite our guests to use the designated recycling bins in the property, as much as possible).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
