The room was clean/safe. Only complaint is that we arrived at the hotel around 2:00 am and were only staying in due to bad weather while traveling. They told us we couldn't have a late checkout because we booked through Expedia. I've booked Holiday Inn's through Expedia for years and have never run into this, in fact we were at another Holiday Inn the previous night and did a late checkout (booked through Expedia). We were exhausted from traveling 600 miles and had 2 young kids that we were hoping to let sleep as long as possible. The front desk wasn't very polite or accommodating and we felt like it was because we had young children/arrived late (we were caught in a downpour and hail and a large string of storms on the highway).
