House is amazing with an amazing view. We love the property. The pier is a little crowded with locals, but if you have a boat then you have 175,000 acres of lake to fish!

Great Family Place

Perfect place for families, separate game room and living room, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Extremely large comfortable porch overlooking the lake.

We stay at multiple locations at Toledo B and Sam Rayburn, this is one of the best locations and properties we have stayed at. Sad to leave, will be back soon!!

Family roadtrip

Awesome property within this campground. Beautiful lake view and walking distance to the little store. Nice dog park for our dog to run around. The beds were so comfortable! Lots of things to do or just relax on the huge deck with fans.wish we could have stayed longer!

This was perfect!!! The roomy open floor plan was great and the HUGE outdoor deck overlooking Toledo Bend reservoir was spectacular!! 5 minutes by boat to the new SRA landing where we had the launch and weigh in for the Fishers of Men National Championship tournament. Covered carport held all 3 bass boats. The photos are accurate; this house is very well maintained. Even the bunk beds had great mattresses. The small grocery store and Dollar General in Hemphill met our needs. Our bunch likes to cook, so we ate in (nice kitchen) but we did hear of good BBQ nearby. Highly recommend Angler's Cove!

This property is a very nice, convenient place to stay. The house is updated a very well kept.

Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and the store in front of the park was very convenient. They even have diesel fuel. Parking for 5 trucks and boats with 3 able to be covered was great! I highly recommend.

East Texas perfect spot

The area was nice and the home was fantastic. I couldn’t believe the space and room for adults and kids. The kitchen was wonderful and stocked with a great coffee pot and everything you use on a daily basis. The back patio is large enough to hold a family reunion with views of the lake and much needed fans for the hot summers. Would choose this place again when we return back to East Texas.

Fishing Trip with Friends

Our stay was awesome. The place was better than advertised. We fit 3 trucks and 3 boats with no problem. We took advantage of the fishing dock, cleaning station and private boat ramp. Having a convenient store within walking distance is priceless. We will definitely be back again and I would highly recommend this place!

This place is awesome!!!

This place is awesome. The house has plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and has everything you need. The covered back porch was amazing. We loved sitting out there especially at night. The house is right on the water so you overlook the lake. We docked our boat at the boat house. Fishing was good. The cleaning station is right there. All this is right there at the house. We really enjoyed our stay. We did hate when our time was up and we had to leave. This place is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely be back soon. Great place!!!
