¿Alguna vez quisiste quedarte en una pequeña casa? ¿Qué tal uno en un hermoso lugar cerca del prístino Lago Burton de Georgia? Nos encantaría que fueras nuestro invitado. Ubicado en el condado de Rabun, GA, esta antigua y vieja casa de leña se ha transformado en una pequeña joya. La pequeña casa incluye una cama doble, un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 ", una pequeña nevera, un microondas, una cafetera k, un baño con ducha y un rincón de lectura en el desván. En el exterior encontrará 8 acres para deambular, un jacuzzi para dos personas, 2 parrillas (carbón y gas), pozo de fuego y una pequeña cascada con un porche.

La pequeña casa está ubicada en nuestra finca de lil y está escondida detrás de nuestra casa. Está convenientemente ubicado al lado de la autopista 76 West y rodeado por el Bosque Nacional Chattahoochee. Simplifica y ven a ver lo que la naturaleza tiene para ofrecer. Nota: esta es una casa pequeña no una suite presidencial y puede ser un poco acogedora. Además, esta pequeña casa está ubicada en nuestra propiedad y está a unos 30 pies justo detrás de nuestra casa. Si estamos aquí, entramos y salimos de nuestra casa normalmente. En la parte trasera de la propiedad hay otra pequeña casa que también alquilamos. La bañera de hidromasaje de esta propiedad no se comparte con otros huéspedes y se proporciona una cortina que se puede abrir para mayor privacidad. El porche a la cascada es un área compartida.

Lovely Tiny getaway

This place may be tiny but it is packed with extras and the owners are so nice. Hot tub feels wonderful especially after hiking on the amazing trails in the area. The house is decorated cute and has everything needed to make a wonderful weekend getaway. Recommend visiting!

Great stay

Building is nice clean and attractive. Great for hiker,biker,or someone needing bed and a bath. Great view. Well stocked and excellent towels. Plenty of hot water. Frig andmicrowave very helpful.

Very nice property, great location and views.

We enjoyed our stay, it was easy to find and the owners were right there if you need anything. We enjoyed walking down to the stream and on to the small waterfall, which has a seating area. It has a nice seating area outside and also a fire pit with seating. Nice view overlooking the valley. Inside the cabin was comfortable and cozy.

We spent the night before our friends' wedding. The red tiny house had all we needed; bed, shower, coffee maker, and a hot tub. After the twisty ride from the Chattanooga area, the hot tub was a godsend. The gravel driveway was packed down enough for the motorcycle. It's a nice location for both Clayton and Helen. We will come back.

Nice little spot, hot tub was perfect for relaxing and was very clean. Mattress could use an upgrade and a fan indoors would have been nice but we enjoyed walking to the waterfall on property. The shed's roof directly in front of the cabin was a little bit of an eye spore but cabin served its purpose and we were very comfortable the whole time. Convenient to downtown Clayton and the market down the road was perfect for meals/snacks when not grilling or eating out. The house close to the cabin appeared to be empty while we were there so felt very private as well. Would recommend for a little romantic rustic weekend!

Super Cute Tiny House

You've seen the shows and this is the best way to experience a tiny house. Very cute, great set up, beautiful setting, very romantic, wildlife, wonderful hosts and a hot tub. Don't stay in that cheap but expensive motel. Book the Tiny House now.

We really enjoyed staying at the tiny house!

This tiny house is so cozy and the owners are very welcoming! Yes the owners house is close but I can’t say that really mattered much. They are very respectful of your privacy. We were gone most of the day exploring the surrounding areas. We hardly even saw them. The grounds are open to walk around if you want. We just left and already want to go back!

Winter Wonderland

Stayed at the tiny house in October during the fall and it was beautiful. Came back in December for my birthday and had a winter wonderland of snow! The Farm is absolutely beautiful blanketed in white. Tiny house was very accommodating and we stayed warm and cozy. Took full advantage of the reading Nook this time to enjoy the views and watch the snowfall. we had everything we needed and David made sure that we were well taken care of in case of any problems from the winter storm. No problems whatsoever! This is my second review of the tiny house and I can't wait to return again and leave another. Thank you to David and his family for making our stay amazing!

Beautiful retreat

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at the property. Sparse but comfortable accommodations, wonderful nature, and a cozy hot tub. Plenty of things to do and see in the area within 20-30 minutes drive.

Great Getaway

This was a great little get away. My wife and I enjoyed Clayton and the surrounding area. The owners were Awesome. They answered every question and was very helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend and will definitely go again.

Perfect Retreat

I could not have been more satisfied or better pleased with my stay. The property is lovely and the tiny cabin was a great size for me ( I was traveling solo but 2 people would also be comfortable). I spent every single evening underneath the stars relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive as well, which was appreciated. Check in and out was very easy.

Quaint and out of the way

Stayed here a couple nights to go white water rafting in the area. Hosts were very nice and laid back. We enjoyed the hot tub and horse shoes by the creek. First time in a tiny house, we loved the experience.

A beautiful retreat

A wonderful retreat/weekend getaway. David was so kind and welcoming. The property was beautiful and offered a great ambience. The waterfall, hot tub, and fire pit were relaxing to enjoy. David told us about walking into the field at night to watch the fireflies. That was a sight I'll never forget. We're so thankful he told us about it. I'll also never forget the bear we heard on our porch at 5am. Follow the house rules and do not leave garbage outside. We listened and thankfully the bear didn't stay long, but it definitely added a great story to the trip.

Every thing was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully complete. There were even bath robes provided in case you wanted to enjoy the hot tub on the deck. Very gracious hosts. Just be sure you want the whole "tiny house" experience, as it is exactly as described and is TINY!. The property is only a few minutes from Clayton and not far from Hiawassee. Excellent to use as a base for a few days in the cool mountain air.
