Pros: Modern facility Very friendly front desk staff Close to center city market Free, nice breakfast Cons: Dinner staff and food wasn't very good. It was mediocre but I'm putting it as a con because our first waiter gave us German menus (we didn't think anything of this) and got frustrated with us as it took time for us to translate. He got bored checking on us and sent over a second waiter who gave us menus in English. Didn't know they had that, why wasn't it offered when the first gentleman realized we didn't speak German? Wifi is basically non-existent. You can occasionally get a signal but if you do it's very weak. Overall not a bad place to stay if you're in the area.

Nice clean Hotel

I arrived to Hotel not knowing what to expect. Front Desk Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Room was clean. Bad was comfortable. Breakfast was good and variety of fresh juices. Free internet.

Lovely hotel in Heide. Room good size with good facilities. Excellent breakfast with good range hot and cold food. Staff friendly and courteous.

Not recommended - false advertising

The pictures are nothing like the real rooms. The inside pool consists of the steps into the outside pool. The pool is more like a little dip pool. Estimate length of pool is 15 feet. The rooms are much smaller than they appear on the picture. Half of the so called spa equipment was out of order. I consider their description false advertising

Super fint hotel. Man skal have god tid når man skal tjekke ind, det tager lidt længere tid end man lige regner med selvom man udfylder ting hjemmefra. Sengen var utrolig dårlig. Fin morgenmad.

Ein sollides Hotel mit super Service!

Mein Zimmer war sehr gut, und anscheinend gerade renoviert. Die Deckenlampe hat noch gefehlt und der Türrahmen ins Badezimmer noch nicht fertig gestrichen. Der Rest des Zimmers war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück hatte eine tolle Auswahl an 5 frischen Broten und 8 verschiedenen Käsesorten, alles weitere war ebenfalls in großes Vielfalt vorhanden, Kaffee/Tee wurde an den Tisch gebracht.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr umfassend, aber das Essen ( Mozzarella, Lachs,…) schmeckte nicht besonders frisch. Zimmer sauber, schlicht und freundlich eingerichtet, Teppich teils fleckig, Bad sauber, geräumig und modern eingerichtet.
