Copperhouse View is set within a stunning listed building and has been transformed into a luxurious designer apartment, perfect for a fun and relaxing break in Cornwall with family or friends.
The highlight of this apartment is probably the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, with its floor to ceiling windows, exposed beams, wooden floors and sleek, modern furnishings; located on the second floor. The kitchen is a modern and well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and all the essentials needed to whip up a delightful home cooked meal which can be enjoyed around the dining table. After a long day curl up and relax on the comfortable sofa and take advantage of the flat-screen LED television, Hi-Fi sound system and Blue-Ray player.
The first floor comprises of two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the second with two single beds. The family shower room has a large walk-in shower, ideal for washing away the sand from the nearby beach. The apartment also has underfloor heating throughout, so you can be sure of a warm and comfortable stay no matter the time of year.
Outside is a spacious communal patio area with furniture, as well as private off-road parking. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring this lovely part of Cornwall. With the traditional town of St Ives, golden sandy beaches and coastal walks all within easy reach, you'll find plenty of reasons to get out and about. If you fancy sampling some of the area's local delicacies, Hayle Quay is only a short walk away, where you can pick up this evening's dinner straight from the fishing boats. Hayle beach, just a few minutes from Copperhouse View, is a 3-mile-long sandy beach that stretches from Hayle Estuary right over to Godrevy Lighthouse. Hayle Towans beach is located at the beginning of the 3-mile beach and has been voted ‘Beach of the Year 2024' by the Times & Sunday Times.

Central location.
On first impressions on entering the property it seemed a bit seedy and unkempt.Then we didn’t realise we had 2 flights of stairs to apartment then another flight of stairs up into lounge area.We were really fit on leaving.It was all very spacious and clean and we settled in.A little dog lived next door and it’s exceccent barking was not very nice.But all in all we were quite comfy in this property.
