LISTING DESCRIPTION:
Our cozy two-bedroom chalet is nestled in Hayesville and 15 minutes from Blairsville and Hiawassee, GA. Enjoy spring as she appears from the balcony or through the window while enjoying the warmth of a gas log fireplace as winter exits. Outdoor recreational fun on Lake Chatuge and the Hiawassee River are moments away. Fine dining restaurants are nearby or enjoy a meal on the balcony watching the sunset.

THE SPACE:
The 2 bedroom (2 beds), 2 bathroom chalet is easy to access. The staircase to the loft bedroom is carpeted for safety. Balcony & front porch have standard-height wood picket railings with outdoor furniture. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a propane gas stove. The living area has a propane gas log fireplace with a push button on/off auto shut-off wall-mounted remote.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest have complete use of the main floor, loft, main floor balcony, and front porch with a private entrance. 2 vehicle limit. The driveway is large, but turning around can be difficult with more than two vehicles. No boats, trailers, campers, or off-road sports vehicles. No portable firepits, grills/barbeques, or fireworks are permitted on the property. Primrose Lane is a Private community.
The neighborhood properties are private. Entering or walking on or around the neighbor's properties is considered trespassing.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
The homeowner requires disclosure of firearms before booking.
The private entrance basement apartment and the lower porch are the occupancies of the homeowner, who will be available on-site if needed. The homeowner lives in the apartment, and guests are not permitted to use these areas.

Hayesville NC chalet

Communication with the owner was great. House was so pretty, nicely decorated and clean. Bed upstairs and den furniture wasn't very comfortable but we made the best of it. I believe I had read this same complaint in a previous review but was under the impression the furniture issue had been rectified. With that being said, the property is definitely a place I would recommend but would also inform people of this issue. We are in our 70’s and comfort is important. The downstairs queen bed was fine according to our friend who traveled with us.

This was a perfect cabin for a long weekend getaway. I book our vacation spots basis customer reviews and cleanliness ratings. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The cabin was just as advertised and extremely well cleaned and maintained. You can tell the owner cares deeply and it does not feel like your typical rental. You feel like you are coming “home” every time you walk in the door. The location is perfect as you have mountain views without taking 10 minutes to get to town. There is a nice grocery store just down the road, which was very convenient. If we are back in the area, I would definitely rent this one again!

Perfect mountain retreat

This cabin was the best one I have stayed in and definitely the cleanest. It is in a perfect location to get around to all the mountain towns. The property was quiet, had a couple houses near by but never saw the neighbors. It was easy to get to the cabin. The owner is very friendly and so helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and settled in. The cabin had everything we needed to comfortably stay the week. We enjoyed sitting on the couch in front of the fire looking out the windows. The views were breathtaking. We are already planning on our next trip and staying here again.

Very nice cottage. Pictures are accurate. Master bedroom (king size bed) is upstairs with a full bath, second bedroom (queen size bed) is downstairs with a full bath. Nice kitchen with full refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. TV upstairs and downstairs, WiFi provided. Definitely would come again. My only complaint is that the entrance code was not sent by text message on the day of the rental (as indicated in the instructions) but rather by email. Since I didn't have access to my email, and also didn't have the owner's phone number, I had to call vrbo to get the info. This took about an hour overall. Moral of the story: double check your communications protocol :-). Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Cozy Indeed

Robert (host), communicates well during entire stay, with check in, check out instructions as well as checking in should we need anything. Cabin is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed how nice the interior was designed and how homey it felt. Quiet at night and the back porch is nice to sit out on and have a beverage. The only thing we found that by no means would keep us from staying again was not having a traditional coffee pot. However, it was a quick fix by running the to grocery store and picking one up. Now we have a backup/travel one. Win/Win. We've added this cabin to our lists of must stays again. Thank you for a cozy and comfortable stay!
