A private retreat in the hills of Havelock North. With access to 4 acres of gardens, fruit trees, woods, and facilities including a pool and tennis court, visitors will always have something to do here.

The property has beautiful views of the Hawkes Bay, with glorious sunsets, and is close to the start of walking tracks and bike trails on Te Mata Peak. Wineries and other attractions are nearby - and wedding options are available.

The apartment is ideal for couples or families, with children well catered for in the 2nd bedroom. Our family live on-site in an adjacent dwelling, and are happy to assist at any time. The property has outdoor CCTV surveillance for your security.

Visitors are welcome to join in with the feeding of chickens, rabbits and fish, and are able to pick fruit on the many different types of trees on the property. Come and enjoy your stay in Havelock North!

The hosts we very welcoming. The kids had a ball as the property is rural (semi) so loads to do. Ian and Jo were super helpful with the kids (finding bikes and scooters for them and fresh farm eggs for breakfast). Lots of room - great location - close to Havelock, Te Mata Peak - gorgeous in the Autumn

Spacious comfortable and quiet

Large private home and garden on the outskirts of Havelock, the guest area is the original 1970s portion of the house and is starting to look a bit tired but, on the upside the rooms (and the hosts' provisions) are enormously generous. The gardens (with swimming pool and tennis court) are superb and the nearby walking track to Te Mata walking tracks are undergoing an upgrade.
