The Space:
Experience breathtaking oceanfront living in this stunning condominium! Accessible via two elevators, this apartment offers unparalleled views of the beach, ocean, and sunrise. Inside, you'll find a convenient in-unit washer/dryer. Enjoy access to a beachside gym, pool, and BBQ area. Guests have access to the entire condo, the beach, and the gym. Parking is available with one reserved spot and additional street parking. We provide essentials like dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper, ensuring a premium and hassle-free family experience. Stay in comfort: This unit has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom!
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.

Discover the charm of Hauula! Our oceanfront condo offers direct beach access to a reef-protected area ideal for snorkeling. Just a half-block away, across the street, you'll find a variety of food trucks offering delicious options like shrimp, Thai, burgers, Vietnamese pho, Hawaiian ice, and a convenience store with a local food counter. For cultural experiences, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii's top paid attraction, is less than 5 miles away. Explore nearby Laie Beach Park (5 minutes) for body surfing, and enjoy a short drive to Turtle Bay Resort for golf and dining. During winter, witness impressive waves and world-class surfing along the North Shore, with attractions like Waimea Bay and Waimea Falls Park. Getting Around:
Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

The condo was clean and welcoming. It would be perfect for a family with children. We had 4 single adults so the bunk beds were a little tight getting in and out of, but once in the beds were comfortable.

We were notified ahead of time that the property was under renovation but the first time one enters the property it was really visually bad, really trashy looking. Just some simple pressure washing and paint could have made a huge difference to the outside entrance area. We could not get the elevator key fobs out of the lockbox. Had to go find a maintenance guy to help. There was a special way required to open that box. The room itself was great. Very clean, updated and with a great view. It's also a great area of Oahu to be in, it's quiet, not crowded, and very scenic.
It is a lovely unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach with turtles - beautiful. We did not hear construction since we were there on the weekend. This Monday morning-bright and early it started. So loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation in the unit without shouting. It would have been really hard to stay, especially today with rain. Couldn’t relax in your unit or on the lanai because of the noise and yelling. Yikes.The bedroom widow is directly facing the hallway and the blaring light shines in making it impossible to sleep. We hung two blankets to block it out as best we could. Needs a blackout panel.The last night our daughter had trouble with little bugs in her bunk, a few bites on her elbow. Looked for spray but couldn’t find anything. Not sure if the bugs arrived when the rain did. The sink needs a stopper.Foodland and Longs Drugs for beer/wine are up the road so convenient. When construction is over and remodeling done, this would be a nice place to stay for an extended time.
