Located on the upper floor of the owners' second home, with a separate entrance, it offers great comfort, with its living space including a spacious living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen. A large bedroom can sleep two people (one queen-size bed) and one additional person (one single bed), and there's a bathroom (shower), and a toilet. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning are available. In fine weather, this gîte in Hauterive is ideal for enjoying the heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September (dimensions 5m x 10m, maximum depth 1.70m). It is shared with the owners (opening hours to be determined on site). Not to mention the garden, the terrace, and a small summer kitchen with a barbecue and pétanque court are at your disposal. Vichy, with all sports and leisure activities, is 7 km away. An additional guest can be accommodated upon request. Spa Rates for 3 consecutive weeks: Off-season: €1,200 Mid-season and school holidays: €1,400 High and very high season: €1,700.
GITE EXTRAS: Sheets, towels, and household linens provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is an additional charge. Bike rental: €30/person (per stay).
