Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house (separate entrance) and on one level (access via the sloping garden): kitchen, living room (2 single pull-out beds 90x190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), 1 blind alcove open to the living room (1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Private parking on the other side of the road. Garden shared with the owners. Gravelled terrace. Skiing Hauteluce 1650 Val-Joly / Les Contamines Monjoie at 100m, In the heart of the aptly named "Tyrol Savoyard", this old renovated barn offers a very nice surface area as well as a pleasant sunny garden from where you can enjoy the view of the Col du Joly dam. It is comfortably furnished and will allow you to take advantage of the many advices of the owners, natives of the valley. Authentic cow crèches for decoration, view of the vegetable patch and the garden (not forgetting its chicken coop!) and a little further on the Col du Joly and Mont Blanc itself, all in a bucolic setting... It is in this rural atmosphere that you will stay, on the heights of Belleville, at the bottom of the Hauteluce valley. A timeless stay awaits you, between hiking trails and ski slopes depending on the season, 8 km from the village of Hauteluce where you will find a few shops in season.
