Exactly what I needed.

My stay was absolutely what I needed. The view was beautiful, the unit was clean and decorated so nicely. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I walked across the street to spend a day at the beach and it was lovely.

Great experience

Contactless check-in as we arrived on the ferry after 10pm local. Room was clean and all linen and towels were staged. I am sure this is nothing new for their staff but including total number in the party at time of booking probably helped.

Liked location, decor, kitchen supplies, flooring. Didn’t like dirty dishes in cabinets, musty smell of furniture and bedding, a/c units need cleaning, moldy and soap scummed shower curtain liner, stained and musty bed pillows, no security door lock, door not sealed well at bottom. Thanks to Robert for helping me get in our room on Sunday, September 7.

Well for starters the room wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest. The property manager on site was incompetent, asked him to change rooms or something (clearly Vacancy as the sign suggested) said he couldn’t do any thing, gave us the wrong “emergency” number to call as did Kee Vacations, took him 2 hours to make the bed and said he wouldn’t do as good of a job as the house keeping, Towels were still on the house keeping bags, the soap in the shower was not filled and he wouldn’t fill it. The dehumidifier was full of water and moldy, the AC’s also needed to be cleaned and smelled musty.

Hotel was very nice with a good price for a night. Bed comfort was great. The suite was large and across the street from the ocean. It was beautiful & we enjoyed our stay!

Nice place

Older, clean unit with some dings and mustiness, but great location with a good view of the boardwalk and ferry crossing. we had plenty of room, but for a longer stay I may choose a larger unit. It was great for a short family beach getaway.

The apartment is spacious and set up nicely. The living room has a pull out sofa, and 2 chairs for seating which are comfortable. The kitchen is well eqipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, appliances, but does not have a stove. However, it does have a 2 burner stove and a microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub and a rack for your items. The bed is a bit hard and the room has a door that leads to a small patio with a bistro sized table and 2 chairs. There were 4 sets of washed towels, a small dish soap/sponge/DW soap, and kitchen towel ready for us, along with some complimentary coffee. The pool is big with plenty of out door tables/chairs, and community floats and toys. The shops are within walking distance right off of the property walkways. Overall the place is great and I would stay again. The reason for the 4 stars is the laundry facilities. There are 2 sets of washer and dryers, 1 washer and 1 dryer set on each floor which are free of charge. These are for the entire complex (over 200 units) and the maids were also observed using them to wash towels and bedclothes from the units. One maid took out another residents clothes out of the dryer that were still wet. When the maid was asked if she took them out and told that they were still wet, she stated that she took them out but adamantly denied that they were wet and suggested to the resident that she hang them outside "for 5 minutes." I hope they can invest in some additional W&D's and stop the maids from using them.

The property is just next to the ferry terminal and shopping center. Very quiet. The view from the room is great. The room is very clean. You can walk to Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and the beach.

Enjoyed this property for the most part great location to the beach shops in walking distance beautiful views. Only down fall was pull out couch my son slept on when you pulled out bed from couch you could see mold from the moisture and it was not comfortable at all they did have a dehumidifier but if couch was better it would be excellent for the small room we had other than that room was very nice

4th of July fun

Amazing location. Was previously a Holiday Inn Express turned into Condos. Could use a little updating but would totally stay there again. Staff was super nice and helpful. Great Restaurants in the area but definitely look them up on Facebook and not Google because they all post daily if they are open or not.
